Good food, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. The only drawback: dinner is served in two sittings, at 7 or 9 p.m.

Welcoming place, professional and smiling staff...with one exception: the older waiter. We ate lunch in our coats because the door to the square was always left open even though we told the waiter we were cold. He didn't seem interested. I wish I had a hat and a blanket over my legs. Good food. I would have given both the service and the ambiance a higher rating, but to be honest, the cold prevented me from fully enjoying my meal, and the gentleman's lack of empathy prevented me from fully appreciating the service, so I won't go beyond three stars.

I stopped here for lunch with my parents and brother. A very nice place located in the Piazza del Castello. We ordered a mixed antipasto, two pasta trios, spaghetti with squid ink, and linguine with clams, bottarga, and lime. The waiters were friendly. Good value. Recommended.

Excellent food.
The service was a bit lacking, and the wine list wasn't updated, as they didn't bring us the wine we requested.
The back room overlooks a small enclosed courtyard that isn't exactly well-furnished.

Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in a truly wonderful location, I'd say...no need to say more. A warm late summer evening makes it all really enjoyable.

We ate outside with a view of Ferrara Castle. The pumpkin cappellacci were delicious! They also served traditional cold cuts and some very light but excellent fritters.

A restaurant in the center of Ferrara, very convenient for those visiting the city as it's located right behind the Estense Castle.
Even though we didn't have a reservation (it was a Saturday evening), they went out of their way to find us a table.
We had pizza for dinner (good and reasonably priced, considering the location).
The service was kind and friendly.

stato a san valentino , bella atmosfera buoni prezzi e buono il cibo , servizio ottimo forse se propio devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo l’unica nota dolente è che mettevano come una leggera fretta nell’ordinare ma probabilmente è perché era san valentino , dimenticavo alla sera ci sono i turni consiglio prenotazione
