What I ordered: - "Che Razzo di Parmigiano" - Trancio D'Ombrina, Crema di Barbabietola e Asparagi - Dolci della Casa: Millefoglie - Two soft drinks Each dish was carefully prepared and served warm. The balance of saltiness, crispiness, doneness, and sauce pairing was simply perfect! Although I was already full, I couldn't resist ordering dessert. Their millefoglie was a delightful surprise—light and airy, perfect for those who prefer a less heavy custard. I wish I had a second stomach! I'll definitely be back. Set in front of the Lombard fortress, they combine modern and medieval charm. I recommend the fish, unusual in the heart of Italy but the skill of the chef and the first class products enhance the flavours.
