We stopped at Oca Bianca for a snack while traveling. The environment is nice and welcoming, the managers are friendly, the food is simple and tasty. We didn't taste any alcohol as we had to drive but there seems to be plenty of choice! It would be nice to be able to find little surprises like this Bar more often.

I had a very good beer in 1995 when I was staying at Mr. Renato Conti's apartment. I'll never forget it. The service was wonderful and I miss this place a lot. I miss it (nostalgia)

Andrea is one of the best bartenders I have I was lucky enough to meet, both from a professional and human point of view: welcoming, kind, polite, highly prepared, passionate and constantly versed in research. Non-obvious selection of wines with excellent value for money, international mixes executed better than in any famous bar in a big city, innovative, balanced and never predictable mixes, the result of years of dedication and study. I recommend being guided in his creations and tasting his VermOut, in my opinion the best around (organic with typical Maremma aromas combined with the classic). Prices in line with bars that serve prosecco and discount alcohol: the place, in fact, is always well frequented with customers of taste and... spirit! Not to be missed
