Our favorite restaurant on vacation: A dream come true for anyone with celiac disease. They serve many different types of Puccia, fresh crepes, and fries. It's AIC. The owner and waitress Anna are very nice and, by the end of our vacation, they not only knew us but also our orders. We'll definitely be back. Even if we had to wait an hour, it's worth it!

Wide selection of meat and fish.
I tried a loaf of bread (made on site, like everything else) with spectacular meat and side dishes.
Perfect service, they bring everything to the table.
The price absolutely exceeded expectations.
I'll definitely be back; I didn't have time to take a photo.
Oh, and free limoncello at the end (also made on site, delicious). Highly recommended.

L'Oasi della Pagnotta is the place to go if you're looking for an excellent puccia with fish. There are other equally good meat options.
I tried the gluten-free puccia with salmon, homemade zucchini, and Mojito mayonnaise, and it was truly excellent. Furthermore, the restaurant is part of the AIC network and offers a varied gluten-free menu. My husband tried their cucuzzata (a typical Salento sandwich) with octopus and was equally satisfied.
What made it all so enjoyable was the friendliness and kindness of all the staff, especially the owner 🙏🏻😊

I'll start by saying I'm celiac, so my food review is obviously biased. Let's start with the place, which is simple but welcoming. The owner is friendly and guides you through the food selection. I had a puccia salentina (artisanal, not mass-produced) with porchetta, stracciatella, zucchini, and onions: what can I say other than that it was sublime. The owner's craft beer paired it perfectly. The price? Eating well is priceless, and anyone who complains deserves to eat badly. I'll definitely be back.

It was a wonderful experience: a delicious puccia, with excellent ingredients and the option to customize it to your liking with a wide range of toppings. Despite the crowds and long line, we ordered and ate within 30 minutes; the service was very fast. Also, and importantly, there were plenty of gluten-free options, making it a great place for celiacs. The price was good compared to other places. I highly recommend it, and for a delicious puccia, we'll definitely be back!

Nonostante i disagi dovuti ai lavori per la nuova isola pedonale, Il Sig. Giuseppe è stato sempre cortese e disponibile. Le pucce divine, succose, equilibrate, gustosissime. La frittura ottima!! Da ritornarci.
