Historic place, a little "rustic", but still pleasant and welcoming. Well made traditional dishes. Excellent value for money.

Large and very simple place but absolutely promoted: smiling and kind staff and amazing cuisine. We stopped in quickly during a break in the trip, but the homemade croquettes and croquettes were delicious, as were the amatriciana and gnocchi. Well done!

Eating as a family A straightforward, no-frills place loved by the people of Tarquin. Here you eat well and spend well. Not suitable for bringing sophisticated people. Outside it looks like an earthquake fort but there was a north wind and it's the end of November then you enter and you feel like you've been welcomed into the family. Generous portions. Good seafood and decent fried food. Punctual service, everything was ok. Location 5.5 Food quality 6.8 Service 7.5 Prices 7 Promoted

07/01/2025: Ancora una volta Vazianello non ha tradito le nostre aspettative! Prima di tutto i soliti complimenti alla location e soprattutto al personale: nonostante il locale fosse (come sempre) completo, il personale ha preso immediatamente le ordinazioni e gli antipasti sono arrivati in brevissimo tempo! La consueta rapidità e cortesia da parte del personale! Il menù è sempre molto curato, i piatti esulano dai soliti standard e sono piuttosto particolari, con la volontà di predisporre un'offerta in linea con la stagione in corso ed il luogo. Le porzioni sono abbastanza abbondanti, questo non guasta!! Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente positivo. Bravi!
17/11/2024: Ottimo pasto e buon servizio, unico neo le polenta fredda. Il conto non eccessivo ripagato da una eccellente cordialità. Ottimo il coniglio alla cacciatora.

15/01/2025: Il locale si trova nel centro di Viterbo, il consiglio è di parcheggiare fuori le mura e in 10 minuti si arriva a piedi, piuttosto che andare alla ricerca di un difficile parcheggio. Sempre molto affollato, è indispensabile la prenotazione. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti tipici viterbesi, ottimamente preparati seguendo la tradizione, in particolare segnalo la zuppa ceci e castagne, veramente ottima !
