Saladisi non mi piaceva la loro insalata e le tagliatelle al cinghiale erano molto buone da 5 stelle ma l'insalata ha rovinato tutto e le cameriere puzzavamo di cipolla

A farmhouse surrounded by nature with excellent dishes, including truly delicious appetizers, first courses, and second courses! Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices, convenient parking outside the restaurant, which also features a lovely pool. Recommended.

12/10/2025: A restaurant in the historic center of Novilara, with excellent food and very friendly staff.
09/10/2025: Although the menu isn't particularly varied, the dishes are truly high-quality. The first courses are very good, both in terms of the sauce and the pasta, and the second courses feature well-cooked meat. The atmosphere is very simple, with seating both inside and outside on a small terrace (open only in the summer). There's plenty of parking nearby and a splendid view from the town walls, perfect for a post-meal stroll. The service was very friendly and quick.

21/08/2025: Very, very good food, very cozy decor, and super friendly staff. We felt well looked after, and the prices are completely reasonable. We would come back anytime! One of the best restaurants we've been to in the region (we ate dinner at 14 different restaurants over 14 days). We definitely recommend Da Rolando.
19/08/2025: Old-fashioned cuisine... Excellent dishes! We tried the pork fillet with truffles and the mashed potatoes with fossa cheese... Everything was exceptional! I highly recommend it!
