I ate at this restaurant in Pisa..the next day all the waiters recognised me, so it's a huge positive attitude in hospitality for me The food and wine were also delicious I fully recommend it if you are in Pisa Grazie

The pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was cooked magnificently. It wasnt to greasy and there was a balance of flavours. The coffee was devine. Inside the atmosphere is better but maybe during busy periods its better. Dont stop at other places, this feels and seems to be run by authentic italians. Down to the charming service. Recommend.

27/10/2025: The pizza was nothing out of the ordinary, but fairly priced. My wife wanted to order hot tea, but this wasn’t on the menu. The waitress kindly ordered tea from another cafe and brought it over for us!
14/10/2025: Stopped by by chance... while visiting Volterra. Superb chickpea pizza. Excellent prices. Stop by, it's worth it.
