An experience absolutely worth trying, if you are celiac, if you are not, if you love pizza and stuffed focaccia. Mandatory stop for anyone passing through. A paradise, with a shop selling packaged products, production of fresh sweet and savory products, and a café bar. I have no words for the professionalism, friendliness, attention to food and customer care. We had a pizza and a pan di via, at the table. They also gave us a small plate of leftover food. They gave us some delicious sweets. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Thanks to Katja and her staff. Unique.

This place is a celiac's paradise, but not only. In fact, in addition to having a store selling gluten-free products, it also offers a catering, pastry, bakery and bar service. In short, by entering here, you can find everything you need. My girlfriend who is not celiac and has never tasted a better pizza than yours! Super gluten-free draft beer! Friendly and super organized staff. A place like this is the kind of place that each of us would like to have near home.

Very welcoming and clean place. We took the hamburger menu and it was delicious. Very kind staff. Wide supply of gluten-free products. We will be back for sure!

Perfect gluten-free place to say the least, honest prices

Experience to be repeated. Everything was delicious, I loved this place for a series of reasons, first and foremost the spectacular food, which my non-celiac friends defined as 'like the same as the one with gluten'. The very kind and helpful girls also offered us pastries. I didn't take photos because we devoured everything immediately. We tried casoncelli, fried gnocco with cured meats, pan di via and various sweets, all delicious. Congratulations, I'll be back!

Wonderful experience and everything delicious

Prima esperienza con una cena dello Scrigno. Ne avevo sempre sentito parlare molto bene, ma non avevo ancora avuto modo di provare i loro prodotti e ho deciso di farlo per festeggiare il mio compleanno, anche se, per motivi organizzativi, prenotando le pizze a domicilio. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po’, ma lo capisco considerando quanto saranno impegnati nel locale con tutti i clienti del sabato sera. Purtroppo una delle tre pizze è arrivata ad un gusto sbagliato (credo perché le pizze avevano nomi simili), così ho subito chiamato per riferire la cosa pensando che il rider avesse scambiato la pizza con quella di un altro cliente. La gestrice (credo) si è subito mostrata disponibile e la pizza corretta ci è stata portata nel giro di pochi minuti, tra l’altro insieme a un paio di tiramisù omaggio per il disguido e ci terrei davvero a ringraziare per l’attenzione e la disponibilità mostrati, specialmente in una serata molto impegnativa come il sabato sera. Le pizze erano davvero buone (e lo dico da persona celiaca da 14 anni che negli anni ha provato sia pizze normali che senza glutine in tanti posti diversi). Si sente (e si vede) che l’impasto è fatto da loro e spezzare il cornicione dà una certa soddisfazione! A primo impatto non grandissime, ma una volta mangiate devo dire che non vi lasciano morti di fame, ma anzi, riempiono molto bene. Sicuramente avrò modo di tornare, magari la prossima volta proprio nel locale.

Delightful place discovered during a trip, so it's a shame not to have it close to home, also because it's open for lunch, aperitif, dinner, it makes pastries... so practically always! A true paradise for celiacs or those intolerant to gluten: the place does everything gluten-free, including the sale of packaged products. The place is a real treasure chest, everything is taken care of, from the music, to the service, to the environment. We ate perhaps the best gluten-free pizza and were able to accompany it with a cocktail and a soft drink (not obvious, I don't like beer). Even the dessert we ate (tiramisu) was very good! Congratulations girls, keep it up!
