I'll start by saying that I'm celiac and found the staff knowledgeable and attentive.
There's a wide selection of excellent-quality, gluten-free local products.
The place is very nice and strategically located, close to the ski slopes.
I recommend the mixed platter of local products, which is truly excellent (very generous).
The prices are fair, considering the quality and location.

Wow local food great quality and service. The decor was great and staff were friendly and really helpful. I’ll have to try something else next time, the rabbit age was great along with the pollenta cheese with deer.. The steaks looked amazing

I visited this restaurant with my family and had a wonderful evening.
The atmosphere is welcoming and allows for a relaxing evening despite the seasonal crowds.
The service was quick and impeccable, the food very good, with a special mention for the polenta concia, which is incredible!
We will definitely be back!!
(We also went here for breakfast the next morning and were very satisfied, too!)

During the winter, I tried the bar (which is separate from the restaurant). The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the products interesting. The bar is popular with local ski instructors (it's located at the base of the ski lifts), and that says it all.

The ultimate Polenta Concia!
If you're looking for truly top-notch food, you absolutely must come here. I ordered the polenta concia and was blown away: creamy, enveloping, with a perfect balance of melt-in-your-mouth melting cheese. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the expert hand of a passionate cook. A special thanks to Chef John: you made my dinner a memorable experience. I'll be back soon just to try it again. Highly recommended!
