During the winter, I tried the bar (which is separate from the restaurant). The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the products interesting. The bar is popular with local ski instructors (it's located at the base of the ski lifts), and that says it all.

This was our first lunch here: we'll definitely be back! The atmosphere was lovely and bright, the service was friendly and efficient, and the menu was varied and excellent. The prices were fair!

We always return with great pleasure. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff pamper you and make you enjoy staying at the table. Excellent wine selection.

The ultimate Polenta Concia! If you're looking for truly top-notch food, you absolutely must come here. I ordered the polenta concia and was blown away: creamy, enveloping, with a perfect balance of melt-in-your-mouth melting cheese. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the expert hand of a passionate cook. A special thanks to Chef John: you made my dinner a memorable experience. I'll be back soon just to try it again. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous place and delicious food. We had never eaten at this restaurant before. We were amazed. Our table was in a great location, with beautiful wines on display and a romantic atmosphere created by the fairy lights. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

A true gem in the heart of Champoluc. I had the pleasure of dining here two nights in a row and was very pleased with the quality of the food and the staff's kindness and professionalism. I enjoyed excellent dishes, some traditional mountain cuisine revisited with a very elegant and refined twist. For wine lovers, the restaurant offers a vast selection, and for the little ones, whose palates may not yet be fully developed, there's a special menu that's a surefire hit. Last but not least, from my perspective: our four-legged friends are welcome!

Truly lovely bar and restaurant. Modern-chic mountain decor. For those of us who have a home here, it's a benchmark! After two months of staying/visiting, I think I can give a broad and objective "picture." Professionalism combined with kindness right from the start. The waiter Andrea is truly an asset in his professionalism and manners! And what about Edoardo's cheerfulness and courtesy? The manager, Monica, is the right person in the right place. Giulia is truly sweet and friendly: my favorite. Always a smile, always a kind word. Serji is very attentive and has an excellent memory of our tastes, synonymous with professionalism and thoughtfulness, efficient, and courteous. An excellent person, even on a human level. Leo is super professional and extremely polite. And what about the food! Good breakfasts, a wide variety of croissants; I recommend the walnut and lemon puff pastry. Delicious lunches and dinners with typical local products. Just look at the photos I posted! Amazing chestnut and lentil soup! Exceptional fried mushrooms, both in terms of cooking and taste. Polenta with leeks and sausage, polenta with venison in civet sauce, burgers with caramelized onions, Valdostana soup! Everything was excellent! Compliments to the chef, as always! Abundant food, meticulously prepared table setting. Relaxing location, background music. Absolutely worth it. Excellent value for money. Five well-deserved stars. We'll be back, as always!
