Super staff, hostel right in the center with clean and well-kept rooms 💯.

Excellent location, cleanliness, and a truly superb breakfast. Recently renovated. Helpful and friendly staff. One tip: install a low handle for easy opening of the window in room 4, or provide a remote control to activate the air conditioning independently, otherwise it would be very difficult to ventilate the room.

I stayed in the hostel's private rooms for one night. Checking in was easy. The rooms are well-appointed and modern, and the bathroom is functional, with a shower curtain and no bidet. Unfortunately, the air conditioning malfunctioned, and the small window high up in the room couldn't compensate for the problem (the air conditioning is centralized, so it can't be adjusted manually, even by the receptionist). The breakfast was quite varied, with a selection of packaged items as well as sweet cakes and savory dishes from the buffet. The hostel's location is good, as it's on the edge of the historic center, making it easily accessible from various parking lots just outside the center.

The hostel was amazing and so clean, I had a great stay. The only thing I would suggest is having someone at reception later to assist people.

For those looking for free parking, there's one on Via Sant'Antonio. The building is small and very nice, perfect for a night in Perugia.

Located in the heart of Perugia's historic center, the owner and staff are both friendly and courteous. I highly recommend it. Breakfast is also like lunch. I'll be back very soon.
