A great find in the heart of Stilo! L'Istrione offers authentic local flavors with a touch of elegance. The tagliatelle with mushrooms was a veritable triumph of flavors, and the mixed grill was tender and flavorful. The atmosphere is rustic yet refined, and the service is impeccable. A lovely little restaurant (inside), beautifully decorated. Very friendly staff. We had ravioli with mushroom sauce and ravioli with scampi. Both dishes were excellent. Highly recommended.
