Nice local place for a beer, good atmosphere and friendly service

We had a great time, as always!! Also, looking at previous negative reviews, I understand that some people give stars randomly and are just being angry... because I was there when a certain customer responded rudely when the manager pointed out that a drink was mandatory (he had his laptop plugged into the restaurant's power supply and didn't want to buy anything). The customer in question replied that he would be drinking soon (but I think it was clear he didn't want to buy anything from his annoyed manner) and, when the manager apologized, he responded rudely and arrogantly, storming out. I feel sorry for the manager because he was absolutely correct and kind, and I feel sorry for these people who don't understand that they're not at home and that, if they're sitting at the table with their laptops plugged into the power supply, the least they can do is buy something. I'm giving you 5 stars because, in addition to having a great time, I witnessed the whole situation as a customer, and the manager was absolutely polite in handling it.

I had a great time! 😊 Lots of different beers, tasty food (especially the burger), and friendly staff. Plus, there aren't many people working there and they go out of their way. I really appreciated it! I'll definitely be back!

Pleasant atmosphere and excellent beer

Isola della Birra is my absolute favorite place in Milan — the kind of spot you dream of coming back to again and again. They serve the best beer in the entire city, hands down. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What truly sets it apart, though, are the amazing people who run it. Their passion, kindness, and genuine hospitality make every visit feel special. Can’t wait to return — it’s one of those rare places that feels like home.

Very nice place but very particular beers that don't meet my taste.

Nice pub in the city, service a little less so. The possibility of ordering and paying via the website is convenient, but although it is possible to add notes in the order, these are not read. We had asked for cheese and onion to be removed from two sandwiches but this was not done. Also note that during the week around 8.20 pm you can no longer order food, which seems premature to me.
