L'Isola Che Non C'è In Olbia

Family-run restaurant/pizzeria, very spacious with tables inside and outside. We had dinner with a good appetizer of mussels marinara and penne with salmon. Both dishes were plentiful and very good. The gentleman who served us is very knowledgeable and kind. Coffee and myrtle was kindly offered to us by the house.

Excellent pizzas, friendliness of the staff, cheerful environment and it was like being at home 😊

The pizza dough (I like the Margherita) is superb, leavened and cooked very well, but not very seasoned... I gave it 5 stars because I am convinced that the toppings will improve...❤️❤️❤️ We returned the other evening and were very satisfied, we ate two each, they were so good and cooked well... digested in the blink of an eye. A special thank you to Sara in the dining room and also to Mrs. Carmen (that's what I think the owner of the place is called) for their kindness and competence... a "well done" to the pizza chefs who have no rivals in front of the oven❤️❤️❤️

Ignore the tacky pizza man on the entrance arch and come inside. We had salmon penned and mushroom, shared a tuna pizza and ended with affogato desserts. Delicious! And a half a litre of very pleasant wine was ridiculously cheap!
