Liquidi e Solidi In Livorno

My first lunch in Livorno at Liquidi e Solidi ✨ was exceptional!!! As soon as I entered the restaurant's soft, dreamy atmosphere, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff throughout the lunch. Among the various seafood courses, I loved the super-fresh tuna tartare, the oysters, and the sea snails accompanied by a slightly spicy sauce—incredible! But it's not just seafood... the tagliolini with truffles are a must-try, along with the black rice. The cheeses are also not to be underestimated; in fact, the selection is very varied and refined! And don't forget to ask for coffee before you leave; that's also special! Thank you Paolo, Francesco, and Pilar ❤️

The food is excellent, Paolo, the owner, is always at the market selecting the produce personally with his own eyes. The food is amazing!
