Feeling at home (as the name suggests, it's a very special little restaurant) and super pampered... then you take the first bite and find yourself in paradise!!! Two spectacular evenings, because you never change a winning team, so we returned the next evening (obviously even better than the first). As a vegan, I appreciated the extreme kindness and willingness to make changes to the dish, and when I say changes, I don't mean removing animal ingredients, but being able to find a plant-based alternative that replaces the animal one in a flash while maintaining the idea of ​​the dish (savory flavor, contrasts, texture) is a rarity! After all, those who cook with such refinement know the ingredients and the dishes they offer, they don't want to take anything for granted because in the dish there is their work, effort, and time that must not be wasted!! The photos speak for themselves, but you have to try it to believe it! For the first time, I ate vegan with my friends without having to compromise and without feeling out of place. Thanks to the Chef for the 360° offer and to her staff (so many laughs) you are a great team!
