As an Abruzzese not fully satisfied... the Arrosticini were not salted and cooked as per tradition... when we asked for some accompanying bread they replied that they don't put it on the table by default for fear of wasting it, while in Abruzzo it is served together with the Arrosticini perhaps bruschetta and with a drizzle of oil.
Mi è piaciuto molto quello che ho mangiato, personale molto simpatico e molto gentile, è stata una bellissima esperienza 🤩! Anche il fritto di mia mamma composto di mozzarella in carrozza, alcune crocchette di patate, due piccoli panzerotti e due olive ascolane era fritto bene e non era per niente unto, davvero buono! La carne dei miei spiedini di pollo era più morbida rispetto alla carne degli arrosticini con carne di pecora, ma nel complesso era tutto buonissimo 🔝! Mi sono piaciute moltissimo anche le patate fritte, tanti complimenti.
We celebrated our son's Confirmation. The organization was impeccable: contact to define the menu, call back 2 days before lunch to confirm menu and participants. Large venue, friendly and helpful owner, always attentive staff, excellent variety and quality of food. What can I say... congratulations for the welcome and management... keep it up!
