The pizza I tried at L'inizio was a pleasant surprise from the first time I tried it, a few years ago. I always go there whenever I can. What immediately strikes you are the top-quality, fresh, and carefully selected ingredients, which truly make a difference from the first bite. Every component, from the mozzarella to the rest of the ingredients, is used with balance, without excess. Perfectly cooked.

Excellent pizza made with fresh and quality ingredients. I noticed that this type of dough works best if the pizza is really hot and in fact the second portions we ordered were hotter and better than the previous ones in terms of dough. The place is beautiful, quiet, modern and above all well air conditioned: a very important aspect in this period. I would also like to thank our waitress who was very kind and efficient.

È piacevole cenare con il sottofondo musicale ma solo quando il volume permette di conversare, non è una disco. Personale poco attento e preparato. Quando si comunica una allergia alimentare la risposta non può essere"dovrebbe" . La pizza arrivata al tavolo tiepida e l'acqua troppo costosa.

22/06/2025: Mai avrei detto di mangiare del pesce fresco e cucinato divinamente a Lanzo!! Voto 100 e lode! Il menù degustazione ha 4 antipasti e la pasta e gli antipasti sono anche per due persone. Pasta buonissima con pesce fresco e abbondante. La l'ombrina al forno uno spettacolo di gusto. Porzioni sempre abbondanti e i proprietari sono veri napoletani quindi cosa dire di più!!?? Infine i dolci fatti in casa meritano un posticino nel vostro pranzo o cena. Vi raccomando però non date del lei alla proprietaria che si arrabbia 🤣

Mercato Centrale Torino

10/07/2025: I don't know if I went to the wrong place, but I only go to places that sell raw meat and ham. The vegetables and fruits are outside.
06/07/2025: Turin's central market is a really interesting place to stop for a lunch break. There is everything and everyone's tastes can be satisfied: I enjoyed some excellent mixed skewers with grilled vegetables, but I could have also chosen Moroccan cuisine and enjoyed for example an excellent couscous or eaten a 200g Fassona hamburger. There is a fresh pasta corner as well as Gourmet pizzas by the slice. There is a lot of confusion, the place is noisy because the food stands are located along the sides and in the center of this imposing structure is very large there are many tables of various sizes, but it is not easy to find free seats especially at peak times. I like this joyful confusion. I found the food really delicious and there is also a bar where you can then drink a coffee at the end of lunch. There are also services and this is not bad for those who have been around Turin all day and stop here for lunch and then set off again to discover the city.
