Excellent pizza and a lovely place. I've been back several times for the quality and flavor. It's usually packed, which shows its worth. This makes it chaotic but not annoying, and the service isn't too slow. The mostardella is my favorite pizza, and the farinata is also excellent. I recommend booking.

A charming restaurant in the pedestrian area of Settimo Torinese. Modern and clean decor with a fully visible kitchen. The waitress is extremely friendly and efficient, but overall the entire staff is busy, albeit a bit confused. Wait times could be improved. Good pizzas. Wide menu variety.

Very spacious and well-maintained, with an open kitchen on the first floor. Fast and courteous service. Excellent variety of pizzas with classic and unusual combinations. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt the pizzas lacked a little flavor, perhaps in the dough, but I expected a greater explosion of flavors in my mouth. That said, the quality of the ingredients and raw materials is excellent.

The pizza is excellent; the dough is very light and well-leavened.
The ingredients are good, but the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of ingredients on top (there was almost no tomato sauce).
A place that only offers pizzas on the menu, gourmet pizzas that are quite expensive, so I don't think they should skimp on the quantity of ingredients.
I guess it could be a coincidence; I'll be back because the pizza is still excellent, hoping for a more appropriate topping for the beautiful setting.
The service was excellent and fast, even though we were there at the very beginning of the evening.

We stopped at the B&B hotel in Settimo Torinese. At the reception, the lovely Giulia recommended Pizzeria L'INIZIO.
A spontaneous and pleasant welcome for a small family of tourists with a dog. On the first floor, Greta's smile made us feel like we were part of the locals. The bowl of water for Pimpa 🐶 (unsolicited) confirms Greta's passion for her work.
In the excellent contemporary pizzas, we find the flavors of tradition and the skills of the master pasta maker. Thank you so much.

The pizza I tried at L'inizio was a pleasant surprise from the first time I tried it, a few years ago. I always go there whenever I can. What immediately strikes you are the top-quality, fresh, and carefully selected ingredients, which truly make a difference from the first bite. Every component, from the mozzarella to the rest of the ingredients, is used with balance, without excess. Perfectly cooked.
