Great family pizza and flattened roast chicken

I was there in April and ate half a grilled chicken with fried potatoes. My question: Can you post the recipe for these fried potatoes here as a reply? I've never eaten such delicious potatoes. The chicken was also very, very good.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and Palermo fans. The pizza was delicious.

All delicious. Grilled bird! It was the best! We stopped to cook it ourselves. We plan to come back tonight! The restaurant is always busy. Thanks for making us happy, travelers.

Excellent rotisserie for a quick and tasty lunch to take to the beach! We ordered focaccia, stuffed pasta, bread, and panelle: everything delicious and freshly prepared. The counter was spotless and full of dishes that tasted homemade: baked anelletti, rice salads, cutlets, fresh vegetable sides, and baked potatoes. The very kind owners, a husband and wife team, stored everything in convenient boxes for us, gave us directions to the beach, where to park... all accompanied by a big smile! A truly positive experience!

Ottima rosticceria per un pranzo veloce e gustoso da portare in spiaggia! Abbiamo preso focacce, ripiene, pane e panelle: tutto buonissimo e appena preparato. Il banco era pulitissimo e pieno di piatti che sembravano fatti in casa: anelletti al forno, insalate di riso, cotolette, contorni di verdure fresche e patate al forno. I gentilissimi gestori, marito e moglie, ci hanno sistemato tutto in comodi box, ci hanno dato indicazioni per la spiaggia, dove parcheggiare... il tutto accompagnato da un grande sorriso! Esperienza super positiva!
