Absolutely loved the place! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food is delicious and full of flavor.Every dish was well presented and tasted amazing.Highly recommend it for a cozy meal .

I went to eat at this restaurant on the advice of a friend, even though I live in this neighborhood, I had never 'noticed' it. Chef Alessandro Di Bernardo Amato welcomed us with courtesy asking if we had allergies or intolerances, which was important for my partner. We took a tasting menu and each dish was an explosion of taste and balanced and true flavors, in purity. Excellent choice of raw materials and mastery of the chef. An evening spent in tranquility on the silent Via Saluzzo. Highly recommended experience, at the moment my favorite restaurant. Too bad I didn't take photos.

I did an Internet research for our last evening in Turin. I chose Linea 16, mainly because the photos looked good. However, my goodness! Those images don't do any justice to the quality of food, service, staff, deco, atmosphere, wine! Thank you Alessandro and Andrea for making our last dinner for our Summer 2025 holiday in Turin, simply unforgettable.

I ate at this restaurant and was thrilled. The dish combinations are original and surprising, with balanced flavors and quality ingredients. Each course is meticulously crafted, both in taste and presentation. The service was attentive, friendly, and very professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, elegant, but not overbearing. The value for money is also excellent: you can eat very well for the right price. A gastronomic experience that combines creativity and flavor. Ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. It's a place I'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

Interesting culinary experience.

It tries to be minimalist and vintage... but it falls a little short. The bathroom is out of place if they're aiming for a quality restaurant. The service was very friendly and they did their best. The food was quite good, without being exceptional; we didn't like the lamb. The price was approximately €100 for what you see in the photos (foie gras, risotto, agnolotti, and lamb) plus three glasses of wine.

A secluded, modern restaurant in the San Salvario area. Attentive and professional service. Very good food, of a moderately high standard; some dishes were very successful (like the slow-cooked egg; I found a great combination of sautéed asparagus, the aroma of black truffle, and chestnut honey); others were slightly less so (the veal tongue was very well cooked, tender, and slightly bitter from the cocoa-based sauce; the Duchess potatoes were good, although the dish was a bit too dry). The desserts were simple and very tasty. An experience worth repeating.

Il menu degustazione proposto in questo ristorante è stato un vero e proprio percorso sensoriale, equilibrato tra raffinatezza e creatività . Ad accompagnare ogni portata, un vino spettacolare, scelto con cura per esaltare ogni sfumatura dei piatti. E come se non bastasse, lo chef ha voluto coccolarci con tre mise en bouche, piccole delizie offerte a sorpresa che hanno aggiunto ulteriore valore e personalità all’esperienza. Il tutto con un conto finale che sorprende in positivo: prezzi assolutamente onesti, specialmente considerando la qualità stellare dell’intera proposta. Un'esperienza che consiglio senza esitazioni. Qui la cucina è arte, passione e accoglienza. E non serve un’occasione speciale per concedersela.

Abbiamo trascorso una serata bellissima, il locale è curato, raffinato ed elegante e si respira una atmosfera davvero unica, ideale per una coppia o anche per gruppi di amici che amano mangiare e bere bene. Nei piatti si vede tutto l’estro dello chef che incredibilmente riesce a farti provare combinazioni di sapori pazzeschi! Noi abbiamo optato per il menù da 4 portate più il dessert, ed il conto alla fine è stato super onesto. Nota di merito anche al servizio, le ragazze in sala sempre sorridenti, disponibili e super preparate. Alla prossima!
