We were at a table of 6 people and we chose the tasting menu with 4 courses + dessert chosen by the chef.
The welcome entrée, the appetizers and the bacon were all very good and unique, while the buckwheat gnocchi in our opinion were not very tasty. We didn't like the dessert, considered their "stronghold", as the porcini mushrooms made it a bit nauseating and covered the other flavours. In our opinion, there should be fewer mushrooms among the different courses (even finding them in the dessert seemed a bit exaggerated), as not everyone always likes them. A little too much waiting between the first and second.
Nice and intimate location with pleasant atmospheric music in the background.
One aspect to underline: after one of us went to the cash register to pay, no waiter came to greet the others who were approaching the exit. We would have liked more caution in this, same thing at the entrance.
Having said that, I would like to return to try the a la carte menu.

Chef Alessandro Di Bernardo Amato's restaurant is a refined culinary experience, where creativity meets the highest quality.
The tasting menu is a must: dishes such as the "C.B.T. egg, garitule, sheep's blue, black cabbage" or the "Fassona raw meat, apricot, goat's cheese, celery compote, brown stock" surprise with their originality and flavour. The intimate and elegant atmosphere and impeccable service make every visit special, with extraordinary attention to allergies and intolerances. Perfect for an evening to remember.
