It tries to be minimalist and vintage... but it's a bit lacking. The bathroom doesn't fit in with its ambition to be a quality restaurant. The service was very pleasant and gave its best. The food was quite good, though not exceptional; we didn't like the lamb. The price was approximately €100, based on what you can see in the photos (foi gravy, agnoloti risotto, and lamb) (however you spell it) + 3 glasses of wine.

Secluded and modern place in the San Salvario area.
Present and professional service. Very good food, of an average high standard; some very successful dishes (such as the egg cooked at low temperature; I found an excellent combination between the sautéed asparagus, and the aroma given by the black truffle and the chestnut honey); others slightly less so (veal tongue cooked very well, soft, made a little bitter by the cocoa-based sauce; the duchess potatoes were good which made the dish a little too dry). Simple and very tasty desserts. Experience to be repeated.

Amazing experience spent at linea 16. Quality and refinement of a high level restaurant. I got the amazing CBT egg! And even the agnolotti they made left me speechless. Portions more than correct for the type of cuisine. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. I recommend it.

Linea 16 is an elegant restaurant, whose cuisine is refined, its dishes are delicious and refined. The waitress is very kind, prepared, attentive and fast.

The food is excellent, as is the wine (the idea of proposing different combinations of glasses for each course is nice). Too bad about the service. At the beginning everything was fine, the evening started to take a "peculiar" turn after the entry of other customers. There was a bit of disorganization in the air (as if one was doing the work of three) to the point that the waiting times between one course and another became much longer (for dessert I had to get up and go to the counter because we had been waiting for more than 25 minutes (we entered at 7.40pm and left at 10.20pm)) and unfortunately some of the staff, perhaps due to the excitement of the moment, proved to be less than formal. I understand that situations like this can happen anywhere but in this case I'm really sorry because the food and wine, I repeat, are excellent and in fact I can't help but give 5 stars to that side of the restaurant.

the tasting menu was a wonderful experience!! We tasted some delicious dishes! the service absolutely needs to be improved, even though all the staff were very kind, we arrived at 8.30pm as we booked, just enough time to sit down and choose a wine and we started waiting really TOO MUCH between one course and another... we started at around 8.45pm and we received the last dish at 11.25pm... I would like to point out that the tasting menu includes 5 courses so the waiting time was really exaggerated... compliments to the chef but I don't think so we will return if the waiting times are those..

We went to this restaurant last night, we were a large group.
High level entreé: cacio e pepe with white chocolate, really good, although in my opinion a little too sweet to be an entreé. Even if it were sold separately, I would gladly buy it.
The food is generally good, sometimes with combinations that are a little daring and - perhaps due to our lack - not fully understood. But personally I really appreciated both the vegetarian tajarin and the buttons with lamb and cheek (really really good).
Desserts: devour both the porcini mushroom biscuit and the tiramisu with gusto.
The speed of the kitchen has a negative impact on the service. Times too long and dilated. We ordered at 9.30pm and finished the desserts at 12.20am. The guys in the room were very kind.

Locale sito in una laterale di via Nizza.
Ambiente raccolto e discreto. Dopo il tris di benvenuto, abbiamo scelto come antipasto un’interessante proposta a base di uovo, toma alla lavanda e miele di tarassaco, oltre a una tartare di cervo, cucinata con una dadolata di barbabietola. Siamo poi passati a tajarin fatti in casa e cappellacci al ragù di cinghiale, entrambi guarniti con ingredienti diversi ma molto ben amalgamati tra loro. La chicca della serata è stata il dolce, un biscotto al sapore di funghi porcini, con formaggio acido e riccioli di crema di cioccolato, una vera delizia. Personale molto cortese, sempre disponibile a illustrare i piatti. Unico aspetto da migliorare, i tempi un po’ lunghi tra ordinazione e servizio.
