Excellent. A real discovery. Menu not only refined, but extremely balanced. We took the tasting menu chosen by the chef (4 courses plus dessert): excellent combinations of flavors and temperatures, perfect cooking. It really amazed us. Honorable mention goes to the low-temperature egg with crystallized nettle and to the sweet porcini mushrooms, robiola and chocolate, but I was also surprised by the gnocchi (which I wouldn't have chosen from the menu) for the particular concert of lounges and freshness. Absolutely coming back. Excellent value for money.

Ho provato questo ristorante in occasione di una cena con amici. Il locale è moderno e l’atmosfera accogliente. Purtroppo, quando il ristorante è al completo, l’eco sovrasta un po’ la conversazione soprattutto se si è più persone al tavolo. Più adatto per una cena di coppia. Il cibo è di qualità medio-alta. Ottimo l’antipasto (l’Uovo) e il dolce (Tartellette ai frutti di bosco) mentre non mi ha convinto il primo (Cannelloni alle sarde). Servizio attento e professionale. Quanto abbiamo pagato? Per un antipasto, primo, e dolce e una bottiglia di rosso (condivisa in tre), abbiamo speso circa 50€ cadauno.

Linea 16 is located on the border of Turin city centre and offers a menu of limited choices but of very high quality, with some unexpected and interesting ingredients' combinations that are both a surprise and a pleasure to try and experience. Service is accurate and the setting, without been exceptional, is comfortable and nice.
