L'Incanto In Bari

Pranzo squisito. Si torna sempre volentieri. Nota di merito in particolare per i gamberi in pastella con granella di pistacchi, le orecchiette con rana pescatrice e l'ormai collaudata parmigiana di mare, davvero deliziosa.

I have been a customer of theirs for at least 9 years and have NEVER been disappointed. When I want to eat well I rely on them. The raw material is of high quality and expertly processed. The staff in charge of the dining room is always kind, helpful and attentive to every detail, Mrs. Tina is always very sweet. I can't find a flaw. Keep it up, you are a guarantee.

An experience to definitely repeat! We ordered everything we saw in the room because it looked good to us and we didn't make any mistakes, the very nice owners and the impeccable service, always attentive and present, we took advice from the girl in the room and we didn't make any mistakes... I don't think I've ever eaten as well as at L'Incanto. The restaurant is very well kept and the staff truly EXQUISITE. Attentive, helpful and very kind. The food? An Enchantment. Thanks for everything.

A truly one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Essential cuisine, where you can savor the taste of fish in its natural simplicity. The fried food and the tartare are also excellent. Friendliness and elegance in the service made the dinner perfect. Too bad about the excess of tables in the room which obstruct the bar counter. The prices are also relatively honest, even if they seem a little higher than average, you pay for the quality.

Price not in line with the quality, disappointed. I thought I was eating better, the seafood was small in quantity, the squid ink was unsatisfactory, the taste of cuttlefish was absent, some tagliolini glued to each other, the traditional parts of cuttlefish were absent.

Excellent food as well as service and location

La serata, per l'evento festeggiato, è stata bella, la mise en place molto elegante, il servizio sempre presente, alcuni primi sono stati veramente graditi ( spaghetti all'astice, cappellacci, risotto) altri un po' meno (orecchiette con non so cosa, paccheri allo scorfano senza sugo). Purtroppo ci siamo rimasti un po' male per una cosa: l'antipasto di sashimi e carpacci era inferiore per quantità e qualità a quello promesso e che avevamo assaggiato nel pranzo di prova (regolarmente pagato senza sconti di alcun genere) . Non gli abbiamo detto nulla e abbiamo pagato in silenzio il costo della cena, alla carta, ma questo comportamento del ristoratore non ci è piaciuto, per cui non posso dare una valutazione superiore.
