L'Impronta In Laigueglia

We ordered the mixed fried fish to take away on the evening of August 15th. Despite the busy evening, they were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The wait was reasonable. The fried fish was very good and of reasonable proportions. Thank you!

Every time I return to Laigueglia, I can't help but come to this restaurant. The cuisine is sublime; the tagliolini with swordfish are unforgettable. The staff is professional and courteous.

On one of those evenings when you don't know what you want to eat and therefore haven't booked anywhere, I stopped at Impronta. So after receiving a couple of refusals at other restaurants in the area, because I didn't have a reservation, I stopped at this pizzeria, and when I asked if they had room for two people, since everything outside was full, I was told that even if there wasn't, they would still find room for a table for two. This small gesture alone seemed like an act of courtesy towards the customer. The menu is varied, including pizzas and meat and fish dishes. Some ingredients are frozen, but clearly highlighted on the menu. Among these, we opted for an appetizer and then the tagliolini all'Impronta (for 2), which are served pan-fried and are a mix of seafood and mountain. Good. The staff and owner are smiling and friendly. The price seems fair for what you get. We then returned.

For the pizza that is as thin as a biscuit, it must be said that some people like it that way even if the real Neapolitan pizza must be soft with a crust. But my wife and I enjoyed the mussels alla marinara, abundant in portions (divided for two with my wife), full, hot and tasty. Another dish to recommend is the spaghetti with clams, abundant in a dish for two in a boiling pan. There were many clams, full and rich in parsley and garlic. There is also a varied choice of drinks. The prices are valid if we also think about the quality and the service, not always attentive. We will return. Enjoy your meal...🌀

If you are in this place at any age the food is really awesome the price is ridiculous as for the quality just don't miss this place Pisa mega great food first class I highly recommend the service is awesome as for me 5 stars is not enough I give it 7

Quality of the food, courtesy, kindness of the staff and excellent quality/price ratio distinguish the L"mpronta restaurant/pizzeria, which we frequent in summer and winter, an obligatory stop on our holidays in Laigueglia. The mussels prepared with care and dedication are wonderful.
