Our family of 5 stayed for only 1 precious night at Hotel La Floridiana - we wish it was much longer. Everything about our stay was wonderful (the heavenly pool, our rooms, the gorgeous reception, breakfast, lunch, cocktails, etc) but what stood out most was the service. Every staff member was so helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Especially Elviria the Resident Manager & Antonio the Restaurant & Bar Manager. Antonio especially. My son and I have gluten-free dietary requirements and Antonio was extremely attentive and understanding. We were literally spoilt with incredible service and menu options. We will return to stay at Hotel La Floridiana again, as soon as possible and couldn’t recommend it more highly to others.

Wonderful hotel, the super qualified staff was always ready to satisfy our every desire to make our stay perfect. The dinner was an explosion of flavors, the chef and his team create wonders. Great location, comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

A really great introduction to the spirit of Capri! Wonderful service and friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful views! Great breakfast! We were welcomed at check in with much needed ice cold beers upon our walk from the funicular. Would definitely recommend! Nice as well because it isn't in the busiest part of Capri, but is easy and quick to walk anywhere!

Incredible stay at La Floridiana! We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Campania and absolutely loved this hotel. The moment you walk in the staff is ready to greet you with wine, champagne, and food from their fantastic restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful for all excursions and planning activities. The location is a bit off the Main Street of shops in Capri and is about 10 minute walk from the main center where taxi cabs are so you do have to walk a bit to get there. But that also means it is in a more quiet part of the island. The views are great, rooms are very quaint and nice. The only drawback is that there is no gym in the hotel and only one gym in the entire island which is very small. Overall, would highly recommend La Floridiana!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff was amazing- Andrea and Elvira went out of their way to make sure we were able to be as comfortable as possible. Poolside, the moment we got there, we were approached for a drink and snacks. The breakfast service was the best we enjoyed during our 2 weeks in Italy. Made to order eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. Even offered a 2nd cup of coffee which is unusual in Italy. We really will go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel la Floridiana. The service was amazing, the rooms were clean and spacious, and quiet. The location could not be more perfect, as it is a short walk to the main street - yet away from the noise and much foot traffic. I asked for a hypoallergenic room, and they delivered! We cannot wait to come back and visit next year.

My wife and I stayed here during our Honeymoon back in April/May. We had a wonderful experience at The Floridiana. The service was beyond exceptional! Claudia was so warm, welcoming and informative. The staff truly made our stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. We were able to enjoy our breakfast on our balcony every morning while enjoying the view. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in Capri for one night as a start to our 2 week trip to Italy. What a wonderful start! The hotel was beautiful and super clean. The staff was exceptional. Andrea was great showing us the hotel and map of the city. We arrived early to the hotel and they were able to accommodate before we left for our boat tour. They had porters at the marina waiting for us to take care of our suitcases which was a big deal. Breakfast was great. The hotel is in a great location out of the crowds yet so convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall experience: This hotel, location and service was the highlight of my trip to Italy. I was at this hotel for my birthday and they upgraded me to their top tier room free of charge simply because they had one available for my stay. The staff was beyond friendly and offered amazing recommendations for the surrounding area. The view from the hotel was great, and was in a quieter part of town but still close (7 minute walk) to the main plaza. Room: The room was clean, well kept, modern appliances etc. The room was “small” but it had a great balcony. We were really only there to sleep, shower, and briefly relax. The way I see it, if you’re traveling to Italy to stay in your room the whole time, don’t go to Italy. This room was PERFECT for our trip. Service: “Exceptional” doesn’t begin to describe how wonderful the staff is. I came for my birthday, I didn’t even tell them that, they just knew from my passport and during breakfast on my birthday they brought out a small chocolate cake and offered me a bottle of wine of my choice to be brought to my room. Lovely gesture that meant a lot to me. They also offered a porter service that brought me right to the hotel that was VERY worth the money. They offered great restaurant recommendations upon arrival while they gave us complimentary welcome drinks to sip on. The lobby host was incredible. He always pulled out the chair for my girlfriend whenever we sat down, was always making sure we had everything we needed and always very friendly with a smile constantly. Location: this hotel, in my opinion, is the best bang for its buck. It’s a 5-7 minute walk from the main plaza, but secluded enough that it’s nice and quiet. Amazing view of the ocean and other hotels from our room and the pool / common area was always tidy and beautiful. My sister who was staying at a “nicer” (more expensive) hotel said she was jealous of mine regarding the service. If you’re looking for a hotel for your stay at Capri, you won’t find a better one than Hotel la Floridiana Capri.
