We stayed at La Floridiana and couldn't have made a better choice! The hotel is charming, in a perfect location, but what makes it truly special is the quality of the service and the extreme courtesy of all the staff. You can clearly feel that the property is managed with love and genuine attention to each guest. We were three friends and we didn't find a single detail to complain about: everything was impeccable from start to finish. It was a stay we will cherish and recommend to anyone who wants to experience Capri at its best.

Excellent stay at the Floridiana! Perfect and friendly service, very accommodating (our room was ready by noon, so we were able to check in). Excellent breakfast. The sea-view rooms are breathtaking. Worthy of a grand hotel with its simplicity, a thousand thanks!

If you're looking to stay in Capri, just 7 minutes from the main square, this is the hotel for you. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly, ready to accommodate any request. The sea-view rooms are truly unique; everything is spotless and spotlessly clean. "Unfortunately," I only had the chance to try their breakfast, and what can I say? It's exceptional, with a beautiful sea view; fresh, artisanal ingredients (I highly recommend their crepes). Next time, I'll definitely be back for lunch and dinner, which I'm sure will be equally exceptional. Excellent value.

The hotel is centrally and strategically located on a street parallel to the beautiful Via Camerelle, yet in a quiet and secluded area. The restaurant, pool, and rooms offer a picturesque sea view, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend trying the restaurant as well: the chef creates delicious dishes, meticulously crafted, rich in flavor, and of excellent quality. The staff is impeccable: special thanks to Andrea and Giuliana, who stood out for their kindness, helpfulness, and helpful advice. An experience worth repeating.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we have mixed feelings. On one hand, the staff was awesome! Very welcoming, kind, always an available. The location was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. We were really disappointed with the our room. It was so outdated, and not appealing at all. We could hear everything too, people talking very clearly from other rooms, and everything above us in the dining room. We just wanted to sleep and get out of there for the day. For $800/night I expected a nice updated room. Given the other awesome reviews, I am wondering if the other rooms have been updated and we had bad luck. It reminded us of a best western that hadn’t been updated….The room was very clean though. I realize that this is a small island, and that the hotels in general are not as nice as the ones we stayed at in Positano and Amalfi. Again though; location was amazing, the service was fantastic, and breakfast was good.

Our family of 5 stayed for only 1 precious night at Hotel La Floridiana - we wish it was much longer. Everything about our stay was wonderful (the heavenly pool, our rooms, the gorgeous reception, breakfast, lunch, cocktails, etc) but what stood out most was the service. Every staff member was so helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Especially Elviria the Resident Manager & Antonio the Restaurant & Bar Manager. Antonio especially. My son and I have gluten-free dietary requirements and Antonio was extremely attentive and understanding. We were literally spoilt with incredible service and menu options. We will return to stay at Hotel La Floridiana again, as soon as possible and couldn’t recommend it more highly to others.

Amazing service. Very kind and attentive
