While its been a few weeks since our return from a magnificent tour of the Amalfi Coast, before the euphoria of the trip wears off, we wanted to take a moment to offer our sincere thanks to the staff of La Floridiana for a most wonderful stay. In particular, we would like to recognize Guiliana A, Simona P, Andrea M and Antonio A for their kindness, helpfulness and all around good humor! — The hotel & room was impeccably clean, the food was fabulous, but without a solid team of people supporting, there would simply be no memorable experience! - every encounter with the staff was absolutely delightful and left us laughing. We consider ourselves seasoned travelers and this stay ranks among the best of them all. Our time in Capri was limited to exactly 1day and their help, we saw & experienced as much as we could and without any doubt, wished we’d been able to stay longer — here! Quite simply, If you ever get the chance to visit Capri, your stay would simply be incomplete if you missed the opportunity to take advantage of the hospitality of La Floridiana!

This hotel is the definition of luxury as a boutique hotel. We loved every aspect of it. From the moment you arrive, they have a very pleasant way of welcoming you; we appreciated their welcome drink and their tips and notes on the island. They even gave us options to choose from for our room, something we rarely see – all the rooms are lovely and spacious, considering the small buildings on the island, with high-quality and comfortable beds. The air conditioner works perfectly, which is not always the case in Europe. One of the most important highlights of our stay was their breakfast – there are lovely options in the buffet, and you can order as many items as you like from a menu - they make them for your and they are amazing. Finally, I should mention that the staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful; they always find ways to assist you.

The best thing about the hotel are the two restaurant and reception teams. The willingness to help and friendliness are unsurpassable. You don't often find this much warmth. Here you feel really comfortable and the guest is not just king but emperor. It was incredibly difficult for us to leave at the end of our vacation.

The exceptional location in the heart of Capri, the structure offers a special view that alone is worth the stay: the room with terrace overlooking the pool and the sea is beautiful, opening the curtains in the morning and finding yourself faced with a breathtaking view is an experience that I will easily forget. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful and with many sweet and savory delicacies. Special thanks go to all the staff, whose warmth and professionalism add a surplus to the structure, making the stay even more pleasant. Thank you very much everyone! Absolutely recommended!

If I could give this Hotel more than a 5 star rating I would! The Hotel la Floridiana Capri was one of our favorite stays during our two week trip to Italy. From the moment we walked in the hotel lobby, we were greeted warmly by staff with water and then a complimentary drink. The staff upgraded us to a beautiful room and booked our restaurant reservations for us. The Hotel location was quiet, clean and not a far walk from shopping, dining and sites. We cannot say enough good things about Antonio who answered our questions, provided exceptional customer service, remembered what we liked for breakfast and was always on hand to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We do plan to return again!

All of the staff were so attentive and responsive. Often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Antonia and Marie and welcomed and asked to have a seat and let them serve us a welcome cocktail. They completed the check in for us while we sipped our cocktail on the balcony with a view of the water and the beautiful hotel pool below. They suggested and arranged for a private boat tour that was a once in a lifetime experience. They served us coffee in our room in the morning and we had a very lovely dinner there. We really enjoyed talking with all of the staff and sharing our combined stories of travel. The room was beautiful and we had everything we needed and more, like a complimentary bottle of wine! If our travels bring us back to Capri, we will definitely stay at the Floridiana!

A particularly well-located hotel in Capri A very charming welcome from the hotel staff!

This one of the best hotels i ever stayed in, the staff was amazing and very friendly. The location is great, view from the balcony is breathtaking. Service is amazing specially by restaurant and bar the bar tender Antonio is the best, they offer us welcome drinks and drinks in usual was free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in Capri
