Truly an excellent choice for your stay in Capri. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and transportation. The room was very clean and well kept and the staff was extremely helpful with all our needs. Really one of our best hotel experiences in Europe, I highly recommend.

Hotel 5 minutes from the Piazzetta, to reach it you pleasantly pass by the "in" shops of Capri. When you arrive at the Pier, if you have a lot of luggage, the hotel has a transport service. Look at the markings on the transporters and you will find Floridiana personnel. Very spacious, welcoming hall, perfectly air conditioned. So is the breakfast room. Special welcome with Welcome to the table. The courtesy was truly impeccable. They surprised us with a room upgrade, so we enjoyed not only the sea and pool view but also the Jacuzzi on the balcony. What can I say. THANK YOU. Our very spacious De Luxe room. Clean. Excellent air conditioning. Fridge bar provided. Bathroom without window but spacious and functional. Impeccable cleanliness of the room. Helpful staff. Efficient. Always present. The swimming pool is very clean. It has a dedicated bar service. Showers also hot. Pleasant relaxation area. The hotel continues a renovation which in the future will improve the catering also for dinner with extended hours. The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent. With a large buffet and an equal choice of La Carte. Positive experience. We thank the owners and all the hotel staff.

We enjoyed our stay! Rooms: we had room 34, it was very large and charming but does seem to need a little upgrade. Drains in both bathrooms drain very poorly. Shower curtains are very bad, almost dirty. There is a kitchen but no plates/glasses, not one. For the price per night they have to fix these little issues. The hotel is not overbooked, or at least doesn’t feel crowded! Facilities: Pool is great, grounds around the pool very nice. No silly rules, let you eat right at the lounger, very well serviced, amazing for kids - we are here every day - their fruit platters are amazing!!! Service: The best!!!!!! Antonio and Chiara (?) deserve a special mention, also Ukrainian boy at the pool. Reception staff - super great. I called them in a panic when we arrived at the port and couldn’t get a taxi, and said my children are overheating and within 5 mins someone picked us up, and handles our bags. They greeted us with welcome drink; let us check in early and check out late - seriously the service was very very impressive!!! Breakfast is very good, pool bad food is very good, pizza and pasta both great. Overall I really recommend this hotel. They have a lot of potential here and they have the big things figured out - like service - if they fix the small things it will truly be 5*. We will return 100%.

This Boutique hotel was wonderful. The location is close to the town center and the facilities are great. Most of the rooms have balconies with beautiful views of the sea. Rooms are well appointed and extremely clean. The pool is lovely and seems private as it's never crowded. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. By the end of the first full day everyone in the staff knew our names and preferences. A special shout out to Sirena the hotel manager, Antonio the restaurant manager and the front desk/ concierge staff Martina, Andrea, Elvira, Claudia and Giuliana.

Absolutely lovely. Amazing facilities and staff. Breakfast is outstanding! We were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival and the staff made us feel so welcome. We would recommend to everyone.

Amazing Crews - 4 Star Hotel with 6+ Star Service! Shout outs to Andrea & Team at the Front Desk, as well as Anthony & Team at the Dining Area! The Bar Tender (sorry that we forgot your name) and every staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and professional!!! We had a wonderful time at La Floridiana! As soon as we arrived, instead of standing at the Front Desk to Check-In, Andrea escorted us directly to the Dining Area, and served us welcome drinks and snacks. After we settled down, she then came back for our passports to check-in. After about 10 mins, she brought her crews over and surprised me with a mini birthday celebration, as it was my birthday! That’s was really sweet and thoughtful!!! Not only they sang along, they brought over a little cake with candle and 2 glasses champagnes!!! It’s really the thoughts that counts the most!!! The hotel is very nice and clean! In addition to buffet breakfast, à la carte menu with variety of eggs, pancakes or waffles is also available, no extra charge. We had a Sea View with Balcony Room but there were lots of trees blocking the views. It’s more of a direct pool view where my wife watched me swimming while sipping her Aperol Spritz! The room size is decent, as seen in the picture on its website. Basic amenities, hair dryer and a safe were all available! The only concern was the location of the shower head and the tub with half glass door, which was a little awkward. The hotel is centrally located in a perfect quiet area. We only had one baggage so we simply carried it with us to the Funicular and rode up to the Center, Piazzetta Umberto I. La Floridiana is an easy <10 min walk from the Piazzetta, as we were there during off season, beginning of April. It might not be a good idea if you are heading there around noon during peak season with tons of tourists occupying the road. We did walk down from the Piazzetta to Marina Grande / the Main Port, which takes approximately 15 mins. We also walked back up from the Port to the Piazzetta for about 30 mins, an uphill route. La Floridiana is a quick 10 mins walk to The Gardens of Augustus, a panoramic park with a view of the Faraglioni. We continued to stroll along Via Krupp, a scenic road that connects the gardens to Marina Piccola, at the bottom, with a little beach where u can take a dip against the backdrop of the dramatic Faraglioni rock formations. Walking 30 mins towards the other side of La Floridiana is Villa Lysis which is an iconic villas on the island, then nearby, is the Arco Naturele, which is a huge rock arch with views of the turquoise waters below. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

This has been one of my best experiences in hotels in the world and I have visited many, the truth is that it is a hotel that is a few years old but maintained like new! which gives it elegance and a certain touch of exclusivity, the location is a 7-minute walk from the center of Capri, in a place where the view of the sea is strikingly good as well as the landscape, which is incredible, but what is truly remarkable is the attention. received by all the staff, from the first to the last, the girls at the reception as well as the hotel maitre'd and his staff, the waiters, all with particular sympathy and respect giving us more than what we required all the time they offered us everything without us We would not ask for anything, on the other hand the advice they gave us for the tours and places to visit, also excellent. For service, a 5 star is not enough, it should have a 7 or 8. I highly recommend it.

The service at La Floridiana was incredible! Beyond my wildest imagination. We were treated like royalty, communicated with staff & concierge via WhatsApp and were always answered in minutes. Anything we needed was possible with this incredible staff. Even gluten free fresh bread and croissants! I would go back to Capri just to stay at this fabulous hotel. The view is beautiful, the food is divine, the pool is amazing and I cannot say enough good things. Antonio is a star! Take me back already!
