An old trattoria where you can enjoy traditional farinata, still made in a wood-fired oven! The old-fashioned atmosphere evokes memories of the early 20th century, and the adjacent grocery store literally took me back to when I was a child shopping there with my grandmother. Farinata for 10! A highly recommended experience.

Beautiful. It really feels like a journey back in time. As a boy, I often went to country places with outdoor tables, entering from the little bar and crossing a wooden room with a view of the blazing oven. Spectacular. Here it happened again. The girl who took our orders was incredibly kind and friendly. My son had excellent pan pizza, and we had farinata, plain, with sausage, with onions, with gorgonzola... a real treat. It's been a while since I've had farinata this good. I had a wonderful time.

I had the pleasure of tasting Ligalupo Riccardo's farinata and I can say without hesitation that it is one of the best I have ever tried. Crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside, with that perfect balance between flavor and delicacy that only those who truly know this tradition can achieve. You can feel the care in the choice of ingredients and the experience in the preparation: each slice is a small work of gastronomic art.
Ligalupo Riccardo demonstrates an authentic passion for Ligurian cuisine, and the farinata is certainly his flagship. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to rediscover the genuine flavors of the past, with a touch of contemporary mastery. Congratulations indeed!

Entrando nel locale si fa un tuffo nel passato,e il bello è proprio questo. Semplicità e bontà per la miglior farinata mangiata. Tutte ottime ma le nostre preferite quella ai carciofi, quella alle cipolle e con la salsiccia. Tutti cordiali e simpatici .

Posto tranquillo, casalingo , alla buona. Un po' di attesa ma ne vale la pena. Farinata migliore di Genova. Ho fotografato solo i dolci perché farinata l'abbiamo mangiata tutta subito bella calda. A tutti i gusti .. molto molto molto buona
