I recently dined at Lievito72, an Italian restaurant that truly impressed me with its authentic flavors and warm atmosphere. I tried the carbonara pasta, pizza, and bruschette, and each dish was delicious in its own way.
The carbonara was perfectly cooked, with a creamy, rich sauce and a great balance of flavors. The pizza had a beautifully crisp crust, fresh toppings, and that unmistakable Italian taste that’s hard to find elsewhere. The bruschette were fresh, flavorful, and made for an excellent start to the meal.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the restaurant made the experience even better. If you’re looking for genuine Italian cuisine in a cozy setting, Lievito72 is definitely worth a visit!

I've eaten there twice (actually, it's been a long time) and ordered takeout more than once. It's absolutely THE go-to place for celiacs and gluten-free people in the entire Boccea, Monte Mario, Torre Vecchia area, and beyond, not only because their gluten-free pizzas are 100% safe (they have a dual kitchen) but also because they're on par with a traditional pizza (with the appropriate considerations). They offer a comprehensive selection of gluten-free options, from appetizers to desserts, and (obviously) beer. Prices are in line with the offerings.

Thank you for your kindness and courteous hospitality, the carbonara is the flagship of yeast 72, the gluten-free is delicious 🤤, tonight the chips were really good, dry and crunchy, the desserts very delicate, we have been coming here for seven years and it is a pleasure to consume with interest from a vast menu of favorite dishes, a hug to everyone thanks from me and my two daughters.... see you soon

Today I decided to treat myself to dinner out — all thanks to a bonus I received on the website (the one shown in the photo). I ordered a mushroom pizza — simple but very aromatic, with a crispy crust and juicy toppings.

Questo posto è perfetto per una cena tra amici si mangia bene …per me che sono celiaca posso dire che è stato tutto buonissimo. Non sempre si trova un menù completo a scelta senza glutine.Ottimo lo consiglio
