Excellent pizzeria, with a variety of delicious and well-leavened dishes. Fast and friendly service, and kudos to Virginia for her always smiling welcome, her professionalism, and her kindness. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

Dinner with friends; for appetizers, we ordered fried foods, which never disappoint. For pizza, I ordered a white boscaiola, but unfortunately it only had 4 sausage crumbs, as did the next table (it would be better to mention it when you're running out of sausage in the kitchen, don't you think?). Beer was expensive, ranging from €5.50 to €6.00 ​​for a 0.33cl. Incredibly, the gluten-free Margherita pizza was really good, congratulations! Dessert left a bit to be desired... we had asked for a Nutella crumble, but it arrived with something completely different. Plus, we had to remind them of our order because they made us wait at least 25 minutes. The waitresses were poor. I understand you're at work and don't want to, but friendly service is the least you can ask for.

Without mincing words. The supplì are made to perfection, and that's a rarity, I assure you. Excellent pizza. The dough was perfect. I had the buffalo mozzarella and I can't complain. Of course, if we're expecting mozzarella from Campania, we'd have to write a treatise on culinary relativity throughout Rome, so for me it's more than fine. The desserts didn't blow anyone's mind, including myself, but they were still passable. They put us in a separate room because there were four dogs in tow (there were a dozen of us), but it was like eating in a cave: too humid and the air conditioning didn't heat up. We were the only ones in that room. Everyone else was in the main room, which was crowded and definitely drier. Service: impeccable, fast, and friendly. Will I go back? Of course, and I'd recommend it, but not in the private room, which in December, on a night when it was practically a monsoon outside, needs to be at least heated and, above all, dry.

We stopped for a quick lunch. There were few customers, which probably helped the speed of service a bit: after being brought some fried appetizers (delicious), we ordered two pizzas (truly excellent), and 25 minutes later the dishes for the other two diners arrived... Chicken fillet and carbonara were truly excellent. The quality of the food was excellent, the only flaw being the speed and organization of the kitchen.

I recently dined at Lievito72, an Italian restaurant that truly impressed me with its authentic flavors and warm atmosphere. I tried the carbonara pasta, pizza, and bruschette, and each dish was delicious in its own way. The carbonara was perfectly cooked, with a creamy, rich sauce and a great balance of flavors. The bruschette were fresh, flavorful, and made for an excellent start to the meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the restaurant made the experience even better.
