An old-fashioned place, with a paper menu, and no pretense of being anything other than what it is: a place with a simple atmosphere where you can enjoy excellent pizza, and friendly staff. Prices are well within the average range, and dessert is very kindly provided on the house.

Pizza. Excellent. A million choices. Prices are in line. Lights... white (a pizzeria with warm lights is welcoming... with cold lights... it feels like eating in an operating room... De gustibus...).

11/10/2025: I remember Mimmo when he had a butcher's shop on Via Bari in Valenzano... my mother was a regular customer... now he has customers who come from all over... a grill restaurant known far beyond just the province.
