To tell Franchino, it's a pleasure to eat this pinsa. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 9 and a half. The quality is incredible, perfect dough, perfect cooking and top and very generous ingredients. If possible, I would only improve the composition, especially the more demanding pizzas are seasoned in a somewhat "caciarona" way, and ingredients can slip. But when you eat it you forget, a caress on the palate. Compliments. P. S. Even the fruits are exceptional, the potato croquette is CLAMOROUS and is a very difficult product.

29/11/2023: I wanted to return to this bistro where I had dinner last year. I was very satisfied. However, this time to book on the phone, an automatic system always answered. At 3.00 pm, a person answers me and I book for 8.00 pm. There were 6 of us. At 8.00 pm we found ourselves in front of the Bistrot and found everything closed (on a Saturday! ). No written indications, no living soul. We call, again an automatic system answers. On the web, it indicated that it was open! In the end we found hospitality at Sozo, a very nearby Japanese restaurant where we were treated very well, with exquisite cuisine and moderate prices.
16/09/2023: Excellent place to satisfy many palates, excellent appetizers such as pasta with clams and wonderful grilled meats

28/06/2024: One of the better pizza places around.
03/06/2024: I ordered a slice of 4 cheese pizza and it cost me 4.8 euros. The pizza was delicious, I liked that it was crunchy on the dough side and very soft on the top. The food is take away, but they have a small table where you can eat. The place looks clean, it is a good way to try many flavors of pizza.
