With some friends on vacation, we decided to take a trip to Gallipoli and, after looking it up on Google, we decided to have dinner at this pizzeria. What can I say? Between the pizza with a special leavening method, the delicious montanare, and the homemade chips, I highly recommend it. I'd gladly return. What can I say? Kudos to the atmosphere and the music, it brought back memories of my adolescence, the legendary 80s. I almost forgot to mention the Kinder Bueno tetta for dessert! 😃

The food here is very good and delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. The ambiance is great. All in all, a great restaurant.

We arrived a little late, but they still found us a nice spot on the terrace. Service was quick, and the staff were professional and always smiling. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect if you're looking for a bit of relaxation and excellent Neapolitan pizza. For those who don't like it, they also make Apulian-style pizza.

They welcomed us upstairs at the entrance, asking if we were okay, but without mentioning that the terrace was uncovered, and on a day like today with a strong wind, it was really uncomfortable up there. The problem was partially solved with awnings, which the restaurant closed after several complaints. The place itself is nice and the staff very friendly. We ordered cacio e pepe fries (really good), two pizzas called lievita72, and a Margherita with sausage. So the ingredients aren't bad, and I have to say the dough is also good overall. However, if I order a Margherita with sausage and they bring me a tomato and sausage pizza without mozzarella, in my opinion, that's not good. Not to mention lievitata72, a pizza, I repeat, with good ingredients, but they try to overcomplicate a simple pizza, making it almost nauseating. Honestly, I expected better given the reviews. In my opinion, the pizza was nothing special, which doesn't justify the line outside, most likely due to the high tourism and the good reviews; otherwise, it's inexplicable. Anyway, that's it: 1 chip, 1 arancini, 2 spritzes, 1 water, 1 Margherita with sausage (no mozzarella), and 2 lievita72s, bill came to €75. I wouldn't go back, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
