An excellent experience. The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a light, well-cooked dough. The attention to quality and tradition is clearly evident.
The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive to customer needs, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The wait times were also more than reasonable.
The atmosphere is refined and pleasant, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a quiet evening with family. The warm, typically Mediterranean atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Definitely a pizzeria worth trying if you find yourself in Gallipoli. I'll gladly return!

Lievita 72 is one of the best pizzerias in Gallipoli (LE). It recently updated its menu, adding new pizzas and doughs to meet all its customers' needs. It's located right on the main street in the center of Gallipoli and is spread over two floors. The first floor offers several intimate dining options, while the second floor features a charming dining room and a beautiful covered and heated terrace. In the summer, you can enjoy lovely evenings there, and in the winter, you can enjoy the warmth of a refined and unique atmosphere. The first floor of the pizzeria is on a raised level, but a ramp and stairs make it accessible to wheelchair users. I highly recommend it.

This pizzeria was recommended to me, and I was very disappointed. I travel a lot to pizzerias and usually order a Margherita to experience the true flavor of pizza.
No offense, but you can't call it Neapolitan pizza and serve a crispy pizza with a little sauce and "scamorza" on top, not fior di latte.

High quality Neapolitan pizza, I had the pizza fiocco, despite the fact that it is made mainly of potatoes it was not heavy, very kind staff and really well-kept place, I will return
