Parking 7 euros. Unfortunately the present beach has expanded and not a little taking a good part of the already not very large free beach. I was disappointed. For the rest, usual paradise with crystal clear water white sand and incredible colors of the sea

Punta Pizzo bay is one of the most beautiful places in Salento. Lido Pizzo is at its best on sirocco days. The umbrellas are well spaced out compared to other beaches and there are also comfortable gazebos at a fairly fair price (40 euros in June for the day, half a day is not available). The owner is very kind, the only flaw is the lifeguard who with an unpleasant manner does not even deign to open your sunbed. And of about thirty pagodas where we were the only ones. Customers arrive with children, we place ourselves at the pagoda next door... kindly asking to be apostates tells us that it is not possible. Luckily the owner had no problem in contradicting the sullen employee. Bar stocked and with hot food.

We were here in April, before the season started, and looked out at a huge parking lot, which gave us an idea of ​​what's going on here in the summer. The beach is still full of seaweed, but during the season, someone is sure to clean it up. Perhaps it's the owner of the beach bar. The latter is still hibernating – at least until the summer. It's a beautiful beach with several options for safe entry into the water. The water in the bay looks very clear and clean.

Masseria Zanzara

11/06/2025: Una splendida masseria del XV secolo nella campagna di Veglie. Da visitare la struttura prima di entrare al ristorante ! Si mangia solamente all'interno mentre fuori si può gustare un calice di vino. Da migliorare la presentazione dei piatti ( e basterebbe poco ) . Partiamo con una carbonara di mare, molto buona ma se ci sono delle vongole devi portare anche un piattino per le conchiglie, e le orecchiette della masseria : orecchiette al pomodoro con polpettine di carne che da vedere sono un po' misere : basterebbe della ricotta grattugiata sopra o un poco di stracciatella per dare un aspetto più accattivante ! Poi carne in pignatu : tenerissima e servita in un coccio , molto buona e bella. A seguire uno spumone con mandorle e fichi ( chiaramente non fatto da loro ) ma basterebbe aggiungere sopra un po' di marmellata di fichi e delle mandorle in scaglie ( magari tostate ) per renderlo molto ma molto più attrente. In un locale così raffinato stonano i tovaglioli di carta e alcuni piatti sbeccati ! Consigli, non critiche ! La prossima volta spero di darvi un voto migliore
11/06/2025: Finalmente in una masseria; cucina pugliese ma no pesce; sapori di altri tempi e cucinati a puntino; gentili e cortesi ; veloci forse troppo ma comunque una bella serata in una location particolare; contadina ma elegante; prezzo giusto

Enogastronomia Povero

26/05/2025: siamo stati qui a pranzo consigliati da persone del posto...piatti tipici, orecchiette alle cime di rapa..fava e cicorie...frise...burrate...tutto buono! Personale gentile, locale carino. insomma se siete in centro a Lecce, vale sicuramente una sosta. Prezzi nella norma.
