Lido La Chimera In Bernalda

I'll make it short: I have two passions in life. One is peppered mussels and the other is fried. The pepperoni here is the best I've ever had. Really how it should be, not that rubbish they give you. The frying is spectacular. The environment is not refined, the guys who serve the tables are inexperienced (even if they work hard), but if I put everything on the scale I can only recommend coming here. Leave the shiny stuff alone. They do well on Instagram, but then you end up disappointed. Here you can eat properly at a fair price. Let's hope it stays that way!

I would like to point out that my rating is the average between the beach and the restaurant, both of which I tried on the same day. The beach is excellent. The restaurant doesn't make you go away hungry, but I would never have called it a restaurant, especially because the prices are on par with local restaurants. As for the lido, I didn't appreciate the lack of changing rooms, but it was made up for by the excellent entertainment on the beach.

Restaurant by the sea where you eat well with abundant dishes. The service is normal. Quiet and ventilated environment, the presence of several insects was a bit annoying.

We were on the beach at the Nautilus and took advantage of the restaurant for lunch. Something light and it was all good. The mixed grill of swordfish, tuna and amberjack is excellent, as is the fried calamari.

Nice beach! Affordable prices and nearby parking, nothing to say.
