The location is pure magic, the lake whispers "relax" to you, and you respond with an enthusiastic "yes, this isn't a place, but a mood!" As soon as you arrive, the view of the lake hits you so hard that you think, "Okay, this is my new rich life I didn't know I had." But upon entering... The design is nice and modern, the atmosphere is casual but a bit anonymous. Be careful with the restrooms. The fixed price of €20 is all a real winner. The buffet is plentiful (savory pie, cold cuts, fried gnocchi, desserts...), but here comes the "constructive criticism" side. Despite the quantity, the variety of the main dishes tends to remain consistent. Savory: The cold cuts and cheeses are excellent (even though I'm vegetarian), along with yogurt and fruit salad, savory pies, frittatas, and fried vegetables, but there's only one savory pie. The lack of "hot" dishes (like the legendary baked beans, hash browns, or eggs Benedict, scrambled in a pan) makes the experience repetitive if you go back several times. Sweet: The cakes, mini tiramisu, and cheesecakes are good, but the classic pancakes, muffins, waffles, and croissants, which are the true heart of a brunch that aims to take things to the next level, are missing. The drinks—filtered coffee and juice—are complex, but no milk, whether plant-based or otherwise? That's a flaw. The suggestion for improvement is clear: Adding 2-3 signature dishes cooked to order (even for a small surcharge) would enrich the offering and dispel the impression of limited variety. Brunch Verdict: 3/5. The location deserves a 5+, but with a few small adjustments, it could become the best brunch in the Varese area.

What can I say? In one word: exceptional!!! A bright atmosphere with a large window and a view of the lake. The brunch idea is excellent, with excellent, high-quality products, both savory and sweet. The staff is very professional with a touch of friendliness that makes you feel at home. The prices are average and commensurate with the service received. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, without hesitation.

We were here today for the first time. We had a great time. The food was good and plentiful. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The place was very well kept, pleasant and clean.

What can I say? Excellent place. Welcoming, beautiful. The food is excellent. The staff is super friendly and welcomes you with a smile, exuding happiness through their youthful attitude, their eagerness to help, and seeing how they make sure everything is running smoothly makes you smile and feel good. The tricky part is the prices. You have to understand that we're on the lake, and the prices are fair for the location. Let's not look at the price compared to other places. Imagine how much it costs to maintain everything there, for all the things they'll have to pay for, everything behind the scenes. Don't dwell on the thought, and then stop exaggerating; the price isn't even excessive. Then I read Mr. Gallo's latest review and I was shocked. You complain about the prices, but that doesn't justify your review. The complaint is based on your view of the price, but generalizing like that and focusing on things that are neither here nor there, like the staff's shoes. I've been here for several days now, and the waiters are in T-shirts or button-down shirts. The shoes are just the kind you'd find everywhere. Maybe next time you should also note down what kind of shoes you want them to wear so they'll be happy. A real discovery! Welcoming staff, simple but delicious food, with their pinsa specialty. The pool and sunset add to the already extraordinary atmosphere. And then finding out they also run the restaurant on Virginia Island and hosted the country blues event for September 20th adds to my appreciation. I'll be back 🌈

We went to the pool with friends one summer afternoon. We had a great time; they escort you to the loungers and umbrellas, towels are included, and the pool is well-kept, including the kids' pool. Service is provided at the umbrella table. The atmosphere is well-kept. I'd just like to point out that the changing rooms could use some updating to ensure better service for those staying the whole day or afternoon at the pool.
