Like eating at home - fabulous tagliatelle and Pici - wild boar, Peposo (I also licked the plate) - steak but what can I tell you? Every time I'm in the area it's a fixed destination and it's impossible to go wrong.

The restaurant stands out for its excellent food, value for money and welcoming environment. If we add to these things the friendliness of the owner and his family it makes this experience beautiful and pleasant. Found by chance, it has become my favorite place and the one I always gladly return to. Super recommended

Wonderful experience. We found ourselves in this tavern because we wanted to taste the pici with wild boar ragout and we were truly impressed by the goodness of the dishes chosen. We started with an appetizer of exceptional local cured meats and cheeses and then continued with pici with wild boar and tagliatelle with cinta senese. Finally, attracted by a dish chosen by the people at the next table, we took a portion of fried porcini mushrooms. Impossible to say which dish was the best because everything was truly exceptional. Furthermore, the owners are really kind and very nice. Value for money: 10 and praise.

Excellent restaurant and wonderful experience!! The dishes are wonderful, a dive into the world of Tuscan cuisine that is difficult to forget. The only flaw: the dishes are too good, you have to use large portions. I recommend the pici with Cinta Senese ragù and the tagliatelle... you will thank me

Abbiamo organizzato una cena aziendale al Liberty. Eravamo un gruppo di più di 20 persone. Da subito i proprietario ci ha messo a nostro agio permettendoci di adatte la collocazione dei tavoli secondo le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trovato un atmosfera tranquilla e famigliare. Il menù proposto è risultato molto gradito a tutti con portate abbondanti e molto buone ,con un ottima proposta per i vegetariani da non trascurare i prezzi che sono stati ben sotto la qualità del cibo. Torneremo di sicuro in futuro per assaggiare il menù alla carta .

We organized a company dinner at Liberty. We were a group of more than 20 people. The owner immediately put us at ease, allowing us to adapt the placement of the tables according to our needs. We found a quiet and family atmosphere. The proposed menu was very popular with everyone with abundant and very good courses, with an excellent proposal for vegetarians not to mention the prices which were well below the quality of the food. We will definitely be back in the future to try the à la carte menu.

Osteria situata nel centro di Bettolle, a 3 min dal casello autostradale (comoda per una sosta veloce durante un viaggio). Locale caratteristico, piccolo e confortevole. Ma la cosa più importante è sicuramente il cibo: esattamente quello che ti aspetteresti dalla cucina tipica toscana.
Il prezzo si rapporta perfettamente alla qualità dei piatti scelti.
Il classico posto che consiglieresti ad un amico, torneremo:)
