The place is welcoming and unique, with a warm and casual atmosphere. There's a wide selection of books available for reading when you're not eating... the dishes are interesting, but one of the first courses, which we both tried, was inedible because it was too salty. These are the situations (nothing serious in itself, it can happen) that demonstrate the owner's professionalism, which, unfortunately, fell short in this case. Prices are high for the restaurant's target market.

A wonderful restaurant in the heart of L'Aquila, with truly delicious food and impeccable service. Roberto, the waiter in particular, pampered us throughout the dinner. Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: Exciting idea, disappointing execution The concept sounds interesting – traditional dishes reinterpreted. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing: spaghetti was bitter and tasted of grass, trout was oversalted, sheep's stew was unspectacular, and chicken was pale and sad. The "salad for dessert" (photo) was more curious than tasty. No deception or tourist trap – just very unusual dishes that we didn't particularly enjoy, even though we do enjoy experimental food. But the location is truly amazing, and the service is excellent, too.
22/09/2025: Magic. One of the best meals and settings on this planet. Everything was out of a fairytale dream.
