It was a truly wonderful experience. The food was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the wait time was very short, and the plating was truly beautiful. The prices were very reasonable for what they offer, and it was clean and organized. We'll definitely be back.

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

The staff is friendly and attentive; Filomena was so kind in recommending the house specialties. I highly recommend the linguine with clams, truly delicious. 04/01/2026: Well, honestly, it was better (I'm Neapolitan)! It's become a bit "tourist flavors," expensive for a takeout, and you're asking me to pay for any parmesan on the pasta?! 4 slices of bread €1.50? Welcome to the new tourist Naples!!!
