A welcoming restaurant with a beautiful open kitchen. The risottos are the best I've ever had in a restaurant, paired with excellent wines, and Diletta is truly kind. We can't wait to return.

An intimate and well-kept restaurant. Attentive and friendly service. Truly exceptional food; we opted for the tasting menu: - Glimpses of flavor: tomino cheese, zucchini blossom with anchovy, and mozzarella, both delicious. - Tasting of three risottos: honeyed chestnuts with speck and mascarpone ice cream, turnip greens with sausage and caciocavallo cheese, Franciacorta with citrus zest, and shrimp carpaccio (the latter was exceptional). - Desserts: salted caramel tiramisu (I'm a tiramisu lover, among the best I've ever had) and lemon and basil ice cream (artisanal, incredible basil, delicious). The choice to focus on risottos is innovative; gluten-free options are also available. The chef is truly talented. High-quality products, fair prices. For two, with two glasses of wine, €75 total. I absolutely recommend it, a new favorite.

A small restaurant run with passion and professionalism by Chef Maurizio and his family, the kitchen is open and the ingredients are extremely fresh. Their specialty is risottos, we tried the one with Franciacorta and red prawns, which was delicious, but the appetizers are also excellent.

I had dinner at Li Risi and had a wonderful evening. I had some truly delicious appetizers and chose the rice trio to try different types. They were truly delicious. We finished with a round of delicious desserts! Thanks to Diletta and her dad for a lovely and delicious evening. See you soon, Sabrina Highly recommended, it's worth booking and trying!!!

11/11/2025: A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨
05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋

22/03/2026: Terrible service, an hour and a half after we arrived, and after our complaints, the appetizers arrived. The food and location were good.
19/03/2026: The location, housed in a large, historic villa with a large outdoor garden perfect for summer evenings, is very well-maintained. The staff and owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, and know how to make you feel at home. The appetizers and main courses are excellent; we'll be back to try more.
