Super fresh fish, but far from the sea. Sometimes it takes very little to find excellent quality seafood, without necessarily eating in a seaside location. This is the case at the Ddoie Aulive restaurant, which, by an oxymoron in its name, promises a meat-based menu, but in reality, seafood is the main focus. Located near the Martiri neighborhood, the location isn't overly spartan, but rather geared toward a classy atmosphere. The house appetizer is a riot of flavors: the shrimp peeled themselves, oysters, prawns, and excellent bruschetta with anchovies: all of the highest quality. Moving on to the first courses, ravioli stuffed with scallops and exceptional prawns. The only thing that didn't convince me was the sea bream, but that was my personal preference. The selection of vintage prosecco is also good. Highly recommended.
