We went to Ar Monte Testaccio and it was a truly wonderful experience! We ate wonderfully; the dishes were generous, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are extremely friendly: in addition to the impeccable service, they even gave us a tour of the restaurant, showing us around and telling us a little about their history. A place that combines quality, friendliness, and tradition: highly recommended!

Wonderful place with so much history to tell! Extremely hospitable owners, serving traditional Roman food and a few Salento specialties! Highly recommended: the Salento bombette and carbonara!

Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questo ristorante trovato su The Fork. Il locale è molto bello e ben curato nei minimi dettagli e l'atmosfera generale è molto piacevole nonostante sia un po' rumoroso. Il servizio è stato rapido e cortese fornendoci anche consigli sul menù che prevede cucina romana ma con influenze salentine. Abbiamo preso un Supplì di orecchiette con cime di rapa e delle Crocchette di pollo alla romana veramente degne di nota!!! Poi abbiamo scelto tre pizze per via del profumo inebriante che veniva dal forno all'ingresso del locale. Le pizze sono fine e di dimensioni enormi ma allo stesso tempo leggere e molto digeribili. Da provare!

17/05/2025: A traditional Italian restaurant, frequented only by locals. They don't serve pizza, but traditional homemade Italian dishes. The atmosphere is that of a small restaurant serving its locals, unpretentious yet very professional. I was surprised by the kindness of Livia, the owner, who made me feel like a distinguished guest of her restaurant and took the time to explain the dishes she offers in detail. What began as a search for "something to snack on" ended in a gastronomic and cultural evening that I will surely remember forever.
