Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questo ristorante trovato su The Fork. Il locale è molto bello e ben curato nei minimi dettagli e l'atmosfera generale è molto piacevole nonostante sia un po' rumoroso. Il servizio è stato rapido e cortese fornendoci anche consigli sul menù che prevede cucina romana ma con influenze salentine. Abbiamo preso un Supplì di orecchiette con cime di rapa e delle Crocchette di pollo alla romana veramente degne di nota!!! Poi abbiamo scelto tre pizze per via del profumo inebriante che veniva dal forno all'ingresso del locale. Le pizze sono fine e di dimensioni enormi ma allo stesso tempo leggere e molto digeribili. Da provare!

We had a fantastic meal here! Elvin was a wonderful server and took us through all the options, made great recommendations, and helped us enjoy our experience in Italy. Excellent food, atmosphere, and of course limoncello. Thank you again, Elvin!

We had a great experience at Ar Monte! The food was delicious - especially the caprese salad and the pasta dishes. Our server Andrea was friendly and warm and made great recommendations. Highly recommend during your visit to Testaccio!

We had lunch and dinner here 3 times during our stay in Testaccio in Rome! Every time was even better than the previous, with great food and the friendliest service. As far as we Dutchmen could tell, the food was authentically Roman and of the greatest taste and quality. We ate at dozens of places during our stay, but were set on having our last meal of the trip at Ar Monte. Our last server (we did not catch his name) even showed us their building's history and foundations, because he had learned it was our last day in Rome. We definitely recommend everyone visiting Rome to visit Ar Monte, for the friendliest experience and the best food! :)

Attracted by the place and the atmosphere we decided to spend our first dinner in Rome here. Very good food, excellent service. They advised us on each course and Andrea was really helpful.

Away from the chaos of tourists we found a welcoming, clean and beautiful place. Really good food, courteous and professional service. Excellent lunch and reasonable prices. If I have to find a fault the temperature of the wine served a few degrees higher ... to try and try again
