An excellent place to enjoy good pasta, in a neighborhood not yet very popular, right next to the massive Trastevere, but equally beautiful. The pasta was fresh and tasty, the prices reasonable, the reservations were quick, and Lorenzo served us incredibly well, speaking at least three languages fluently and professionally. I would definitely come back a thousand times! Thank you Lorenzo for your time, you're very kind!

Our server Andrea was wonderful. He was attentive and helped me pick a wine (and was very kind about my Italian language skills!). The food was delicious and we were so happy we left the city center in search of restaurants with fewer tourists. Definitely recommend!

If possible I would like to give 10 to everything. I spent a beautiful evening dedicated to good food, everything was excellent, from the fish appetizers to the first courses, with a Salento touch that is the phenomenal part of the food, a youthful atmosphere, at the forefront of today's market needs, very attentive and friendly staff. To try and try again several times. Highly recommended.

I went to Ar Monte Testaccio on Saturday for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere: an original mix of industrial style and references to the Salento tradition. The service was impeccable, attentive and discreet, and we felt pampered throughout the dinner, even though the place was full of customers and all the tables were occupied. The microclimate in the interior was excellent, which is not a bad thing with the scorching temperatures of these days. The real surprise was the cuisine, a menu that revisits Roman classics with a touch of Salento creativity, top quality raw materials, presented with flair and originality. The selection of wines was also excellent, we tried an excellent Negramaro. Finally, the desserts: a triumph of flavors from the Salento tradition, such as the warm amarena and ricotta pasticciotto, with fresh cream dressing, but also revisited international classics, such as the cheesecake. A special thanks goes to the owner, Antonio, whose warm welcome made us feel like guests of honor! Highly recommended!

Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questo ristorante trovato su The Fork. Il locale è molto bello e ben curato nei minimi dettagli e l'atmosfera generale è molto piacevole nonostante sia un po' rumoroso. Il servizio è stato rapido e cortese fornendoci anche consigli sul menù che prevede cucina romana ma con influenze salentine. Abbiamo preso un Supplì di orecchiette con cime di rapa e delle Crocchette di pollo alla romana veramente degne di nota!!! Poi abbiamo scelto tre pizze per via del profumo inebriante che veniva dal forno all'ingresso del locale. Le pizze sono fine e di dimensioni enormi ma allo stesso tempo leggere e molto digeribili. Da provare!
