Best meal of our entire Tuscan adventure. Such a treat when the chef/proprietress came to our table after our meal. It’s very small inside but charming and cozy.

Inn in the medieval town of Serre di Rapolano. Few tables and the hostess does everything. Dishes freshly cooked and all of excellent quality. Reservation is mandatory

Small but charming restaurant in the center of Serre di Rapolano. Four tables outside and a few more inside. The owner, who is also the cook, was very helpful with explanations about the dishes. Very accurate and tasty typical Tuscan cuisine. Gluten-free pasta is also available for those who need it. Highly recommended.

Perfect dinner!
Don't expect a luxury restaurant or white glove service, the watchword here is tradition!
The owner has an innate hospitality and the feeling after the first 5 minutes is of having ended up directly in her kitchen with all the passion and flavors that distinguish it. The explanation of the dishes and the detail of how they are prepared in detail will leave you speechless.
If you are looking for an experience of times gone by this is the right place! Sit back, relax and enjoy the real Tuscany.

Fantastic evening at the hostaria, a hidden pearl in the center of Serre; The owner is extraordinary and moves between cuisine and service with great professionalism and friendliness. Typically Tuscan cuisine, authentic flavors and prepared with love; all very good, particular mention for the black crostini, pici all'aglione, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and stewed wild boar (extraordinary). Excellent value for money.

I and my partner went to this restaurant this evening and we were really very satisfied...a unique, wonderful and very welcoming place
The owners are really great
kind-professional who make you feel at ease and the lady cooks really very, very well with her exquisite and natural dishes... I really recommend it to everyone who comes to this wonderful village

Sometimes a restaurant just surprises you. And this one really did. Good ambiance, very tiny restaurant with friendly owner explaining the menu. And did the cooking as well all by herself. Very friendly priced! Just a very nice friendly restaurant we can recommend to all those looking for true toscan food
