Recommended because, despite being centrally located, the prices are low and the food is excellent. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly and immediately puts you at ease. The location is very nice and allows you to appreciate the village. I'm very satisfied with the experience and recommend it to everyone.

A small restaurant in a beautiful corner of Pizzo, serving fresh fish at an excellent price. The staff were very welcoming, making our dinner even more enjoyable.

Durante l'acquisto di alcuni prodotti tipici, ci siamo fatti consigliare un ristorantino di pesce, subito ci hanno indicato l'Hobbit Risto-Pub, un ristorante accogliente e confortevole dove si mangia divinamente. L'antipasto misto di mare era eccezionale con prodotti freschissimi e di altissima qualità, per non parlare dei primi piatti preparati con passione e amore dallo chef e proprietario Andrea, per poi completare con una frittura che non sembrava neanche passata nell'olio per quanto asciutta. Oltre all'ottimo cibo Andrea è stato un'ottimo padrone di casa. Consigliatissimo

13/02/2026: We went to this excellent osteria tonight on the recommendation of friends and I must say we were very satisfied. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the dishes were delicious, from appetizers to dessert. But the most pleasant thing were the two girls who looked after us throughout the evening. They were very kind and their dishes were excellent. They were friendly and super polite, very attentive to every detail, and I think it's more than rare to find this kind of staff without even good food. Overall, this osteria satisfied us in every way, even the owner was very nice and kind. We will definitely be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ristorante Pizzeria Carpe Diem

13/10/2025: Last night, for the first time we went up to Serra San Bruno. For the mushroom festival, we decided to go and eat a pizza in a pizzeria, in the end we inquired about it from some passers-by and they pointed this pizzeria out to us. We went in and we immediately had a great impression 🥰 of the beautiful place, kept tidy and clean. We took a seat at the table of the lovely welcome in the room and ordered pizza and a first course. I tasted the pizza, it was super good, thin and light, even the first course was excellent. My rating was 10. However, when we got to the cashier, the owner asked us, "Is everything okay?" Yes, everything is fine, congratulations. For everything, my rating is 10🥰 and he started to say kind thanks 🥰 we will be back soon, best regards.
11/10/2025: The food was quite good; I ordered a pizza, and both the dough and the sauce were decent. The only downside is the service. Nothing against the two girls who served us; they did their best, but it was fundamentally poorly managed. We waited 50 minutes for a pizza, while people who arrived after us but had ordered takeout were served. Other tables also waited quite a while for their food. This is a completely unremarkable issue and needs to be addressed.
