Beautiful place, a lot of quality and beautiful wines, as it couldn't be otherwise in Barolo. Ok prices and very friendly, as well as fast, service.

It is always nice to be able to appreciate the commitment and dedication of two young people in a not always easy working environment such as the tourism sector. I went there with my daughter and despite the crowd of customers, we were served promptly, with kindness, we ate well and the quality-price ratio was worth everything, considering that we are in the homeland of UNESCO! Well done girls, keep it up👏💪❤️!

Very nice place for a light meal after visiting the museum, red wine and platter selection (salumi + cheese) were excellent, service was friendly.

We stopped yesterday for a light and quick lunch during a stroll in Barolo. Two adults and two children. Ordered three mixed platters, two bread and oil platters and a sausage lasagna. Everything was excellent and much appreciated! The quality of the cheeses and cured meats is excellent. For each cutting board a different "sauce" was brought: fig jam, green sauce and onion compote. Careful and punctual service. And to conclude a fabulous hazelnut cake.

12/04/2025: oh my god guys, I got a very comfortable bed for only €50 plus there were wooden cushions with iron blankets (I crafted it while I was in the mine) Then I got an iPhone at the Apple store and the furniture at Ikea. at the ice cream shop I got a table and bought the sanctuary. Yes, I'm Elon Musk. I also have the Tesla but I prefer the Ferrari for cooking potatoes in the winter
09/03/2025: We stopped for a quick snack on a Saturday. Large room and not in a modern style. It felt like the 70s. The girl in charge of the service was very kind. We took a platter for two and a very good spritz made with a herbal liqueur that they sell in the area. To finish, a puff pastry dessert with Marsala zabaglione. All good. A pleasant place to spend some time. Prices normal.

Chalet 1400

25/02/2025: A cute chalet restaurant with a retro style decor that clearly reflects the history of the place. You may like it. Simple menu of typical local winter dishes. There is no shortage of cappuccino. It's a decent cafe with a confectionery department. Very friendly staff, prices in line with the regional average. A refreshment that calls for skiing and living in nature.
24/02/2025: Tried restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Elegant cabin style venue. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many flaws in the dishes: polenta without salt, fish soup not hot, good tagliatelle, but seasoned with cold sauce which ruined the dish: essentially cooking with distractions. Lots of confusion in order management. There is a lack of a room manager.
