Wow! Eva is a real certified expert on olive oil and living her passion for it! I went there for a tasting and of course bought some oil. She was so kind and genuine. Absolutely recommend if you want to learn and appreciate the real meaning of extra virgin olive oil! She is one of few who is a nationally certified olive oil expert!

Unique experience, unfortunately too short. We had a quick aperitif in an intimate and welcoming place. Eva is very kind and helpful in a genuine way, in the era in which we live these are more unique than rare characteristics. We tasted exceptional oils and were advised on truly high quality products to buy.
