Had a great vermouth tasting. Eva is really passionate and knowledgeable about both vermouth and extra virgin olive oil. The tasting included three vermouths with snack pairings, plus a presentation of the history of vermouth. Super friendly atmosphere, easy to chat and ask questions — a great experience for solo travelers, couples, or small groups. Highly recommend!

We found “Evo di Eva” by chance while walking and we immediately understood that it was a small excellence! In addition to having eaten very well (including the best caprese of recent times with buffalo mozzarella from Cuneo), we discovered Eva, a truly kind and competent person. We will return and we have elected this small place as our favorite place.

Sono entrata, attratta dal piccolo dehor e dalla vetrina del negozio, piccolo, ma evidentemente ricercato, seppur semplice. Ho provato la battuta di carne cruda con insalata verde e un calice di prosecco. Può sembrare scarno come menù,in realtà sono andata via soddisfatta. L'olio è protagonista di questo piccolo e prezioso locale. Sulla carne cruda e sull'insalata ha una grande importanza la qualità dell'olio e quindi posso dire di essere rimasta molto piacevolmente colpita dalla scelta dell'olio giusto per ciascun piatto. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e competente. Porto con me un buon ricordo e la voglia di tornare.
