L'evo Di Eva In Torino

I received a fantastic recommendation with tasting for local and high quality olive oil. The shop owner and the shop is very authentic and charming.

We found “Evo di Eva” by chance while walking and we immediately understood that it was a small excellence! In addition to having eaten very well (including the best caprese of recent times with buffalo mozzarella from Cuneo), we discovered Eva, a truly kind and competent person. We will return and we have elected this small place as our favorite place.

Sono entrata, attratta dal piccolo dehor e dalla vetrina del negozio, piccolo, ma evidentemente ricercato, seppur semplice. Ho provato la battuta di carne cruda con insalata verde e un calice di prosecco. Può sembrare scarno come menù,in realtà sono andata via soddisfatta. L'olio è protagonista di questo piccolo e prezioso locale. Sulla carne cruda e sull'insalata ha una grande importanza la qualità dell'olio e quindi posso dire di essere rimasta molto piacevolmente colpita dalla scelta dell'olio giusto per ciascun piatto. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e competente. Porto con me un buon ricordo e la voglia di tornare.

Wow! Eva is a real certified expert on olive oil and living her passion for it! I went there for a tasting and of course bought some oil. She was so kind and genuine. Absolutely recommend if you want to learn and appreciate the real meaning of extra virgin olive oil! She is one of few who is a nationally certified olive oil expert!
