We went on a trip out of town with the family... a place surrounded by greenery a few km from Guardia Perticara, as soon as we arrived a girl welcomed us with a beautiful smile and we immediately felt at home... a delicious appetizer that immediately filled us up so much that we couldn't finish the very good first courses, the gem was that they made my girls feel really at home by allowing them to say hello to the chef in the kitchen... in fact here I asked my daughter what was the best thing about the trip day he replied "the best thing was that the girl took me into the kitchen behind the counter and behind the cash register" just for this thank you very much We will return to taste the second courses 😁

Very beautiful location. I found both the owner and the staff very kind, helpful and professional. Fair prices, for the dishes in the photo (Plate of appetizers and Mollicata with bran peppers) I spent 25 euros including cover charge. I will definitely go back

Ristorante molto accogliente. proprietaria molto brava e cortese. Cameriera molto simpatica e cordiale. Abbiamo mangiato buonissimo io e mio marito. Piatti spettacolari e abbondanti. Sapori genuini. Sono molto soddisfatta di questa scelta di ristorante. Ve lo consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Brava la chef. Ottimo tutto.

After a stroll through the beautiful village of Guardia Perticara, we stopped for lunch at this wonderful restaurant nestled in the green countryside. We already knew the food is good in Basilicata, but here we were truly surprised by the locally sourced produce and high-quality food that everyone raved about (I made the famously good impression). The atmosphere is family-friendly, with owner Angelo being attentive and very friendly, but the real gem of the place is Virginia, a wonderful woman who welcomed us as if we were at home and was attentive to our every whim. Angelo, Virginia is truly worth it; I recommend you make her a partner in your restaurant. I highly recommend this place; there are few like them.

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo dopo aver visitato lo splendido Borgo Guardia Perticara ,siamo stati accolti da una gentilezza unica dal proprietario del ristorante. La qualità di quello che ci hanno fatto gustare eccezionale. Antipasto freddo e caldo con prodotti locali di alta qualità. Due primi tra cui una pasta fatta in casa con peperone crusco e pane fritto da provare perchè buonissima. Coccolati dalla cameriera con competenza e sorrisi dopo un altro primo con funghi e salsiccia ci hanno deliziato xon un arrosto spettacoloso. Da ritornarci assolutamente!!!! Ahh dimenticato i dolci da leccarsi i baffi!!!

15/11/2025: Everything was perfect: the room was spotless and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful with anything, the breakfast was plentiful, and savory options were also available upon request. The price was excellent, and you can bring your dog upon request. The outdoor area is beautiful, like a typical Apennine farmhouse, with lots of pets (so it's perfect for bringing children too!).

22/10/2025: Every salad in the world. I was spoiled for choice, so I wanted to try them all... Lots of fresh fruit. Prices are okay. Recommended.
21/07/2025: Excellent food, dimly lit and unwelcoming location. Good selection of salads, overall quite comprehensive menu. I would have given the service a 5 if they hadn't messed up our takeout order: We put together our €8.90 salad from our cell phone with our choice of ingredients, specifying that we wanted salmon and cruschi peppers. When we got home, we were surprised to open the packages and find a plain salad WITHOUT ANY SALMON OR CRUSCHI PEPPERS... of a lower commercial value. Luckily we ordered and the menu was put together from our cell phone; a serious and unprofessional mistake. I didn't have time to return, but I'll definitely point it out, as I'll have the chance if I ever return.
