We tried the pitoni, both baked and fried, and they were very good. The arancini with ragù, with crispy breadcrumbs, was also very good. I don't recommend the pizza; the dough is too hard/crunchy.

Focaccia ed arancini ottimi. Servizio ottimo, le ragazze super educate ed oltretutto riescono a gestire un'infinità di posti. Peccato per la signora alla cassa, non dovrebbe stare lì. Rimproverare un ragazzo davanti a tutti, urlando, per una sciocchezza. Il personale va rispettato. A parte il ragazzo cercava di collaborare il più possibile con le colleghe.

very welcoming and well-kept place with a vast assortment of ROSTICCERIA, shame they don't make onions, in other rotisseries you can find them 99% everywhere, even the rotisserie next door Il Ponte has them, we hope to find them in the future, good service and good products

My spouse and I found L’Ètoile Focacceria Rosticceria while taking a walk through Roccalumera. We are glad because we had the BEST FOCACCIA EVER! My spouse had a Margherita and I had a Tonnata. We shared both and found that they were indeed the BEST FOCACCIA EVER! If you’re ever in the area, goooooo! The service is super pleasant and that outdoor dining area is beautiful!

08/06/2025: I am returning to Messina for the first time after changing my diet, dinner booked at the last minute to share a moment with friends I rarely see. Already on the phone you could feel the courtesy, we were informed that it was possible to change several items on the menu to make them vegan, they also told us that by booking in advance they can also offer more things, including a mixed appetizer that I will definitely try next time. Fast service, dishes rich in flavor, I felt at home. Even the people who were with me at the table and who instead ordered seafood first and second courses, found the dishes delicious and perceived the quality and freshness of the raw materials, among other things local. I think it will become a fixed stop every time I return on vacation to Messina. Congratulations indeed and thank you 🙏🏻
