Despite the request for a totally vegan menu for a graduation party "for thirty people" we were unable to put Mr. Aldo and all the staff in difficulty... Many dishes prepared with the heart, mind, imagination and competence and the chef's experience was all excellent, we were all happy and satisfied, we enjoyed the food with all the aromas and flavors of the Earth, simple but at the same time unique ingredients, such as Jerusalem artichoke and many others.... Finally, the delicious vegan cake. I recommend the place for those who love vegan cuisine and not only that, in fact I will return to taste the traditional cuisine too.
