A place that knows how to surprise, and not just for the view. At Parasol, the aperitif becomes a small journey of taste: fish tapas (but not only) carefully prepared, tasty, never banal, served practically with your feet in the sand (just above the beach and a few meters from the sea) and your gaze lost in the blue of the Conero. The sunset does the rest: colors that seem painted, salty air and conversations that flow lightly. The service? Present, kind and without forcing. A place where time slows down. I will return, and this time I will also treat myself to lunch - or rather, a seafood experience at the table.

Sono tornato con la famiglia all’apertura stagionale e ho avuto la sorpesa di vedere del tutto cambiato il menu proposto.
Non piu antipasti,primi ,secondi e contorni vari , sia pure originali , ma quelli che vengono inducati come “ antipasti “ anche se in effetti sono una ventina di pietanze,in prevalenza di pesce , servite abbinate secondo la scelta , che miscelano tradizionalita e originalita’ , tutte molto buone e ben assemblate nei gusti .
Raccomando il baccala nero , il cous cous di pesce, il brodetto ,le alici e il polpo .
Prezzi modici e location piacevole e informale, servizio gentile e piu che adeguato, buona scelta di aperitivi .
Assolutamente da provare!

We were here for an aperitif and didn't eat. Therefore I can only rate the aperitif, but it was great and the location and the view alone are 4.5 or 5 points

Tried for dinner (now already 4 times in 10 days).
Relaxed atmosphere and good vibes with light dimmed lights and interior.
Large terrace with view on the sea and Conero
Excellent service.
Food ordered:
- paccheri in red sauce (calamari), slightly spicy - perfect
- tagliolini alle Vongole in white sauce
- baccala in humus cream as starter
- shrimps tartar in beetroot and cheese cream - amazing taste and very light
- mussels in white sauce
- fried sardines
- frittura di pesce - light not feeling the frying oil
- grigliata di pesce for 2- comes on a kind of lotus grill burning coal where it is cooked and kept warm. Very abundant and super tasty. A must to try!

Very pleasant discovery...nice place, small but exhaustive menu, 4 people, 1 mussel starter, 1 tuna steak, 2 fried dishes, 1 cuttlefish and prawn skewer, 1 dessert, wine...very plentiful dishes, fast service, fair price... In short, I found this place to be perfect, recommended
