A lovely place to relax and be pampered by the ladies who work there. The surprise menu is something I've never tried before, but it's delightfully intriguing. They serve the best raw meat I've ever eaten, tasty and incredibly tender. The cuisine is unique and fitting of the place, with simple, homely flavors but with personality and character. Highly recommended, trust me!

We had a family lunch at the Eremo restaurant last Sunday, a very pleasant experience, especially considering the enchanting location among the vineyards. The quality and preparation of the food were excellent. The cuisine offers some classic Piedmontese dishes, but also some very interesting variations, especially regarding the appetizers. The stuffed zucchini flowers and figs with robiola cheese were especially noteworthy! The tajarin with porcini mushrooms and the rabbit for the main course were delicious! Regarding the wine selection, we asked the staff for advice, who were very kind and helpful, as they have a well-stocked cellar at their disposal. The price was also excellent for the quality. Finally, special praise for the cuisine, but well done to everyone!

There's nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products, nothing to complain about the beauty of the location, having places like this in a place like this... But I don't like the surprise set menu; I would definitely have preferred an à la carte menu, not without a choice, which basically featured too many vegetables. My personal opinion is respectable and not necessarily one to accept, but given the rather steep bill, I admit I'm a little disappointed. Everything was good, of course, but eating fried zucchini stems wasn't a great experience for me. Again, given the location, I would have preferred an à la carte menu with the option of choosing a few local dishes, or at least knowing what they were before sitting down. If you see this place on a popular TV show, know that the management is no longer the same, but the place and the venue are truly enchanting.

The chef offers a wide variety of vegetables cooked in a variety of ways, along with a first course, second course, side dish, and dessert. Everything is planned based on the seasonality and availability of the day's ingredients. Excellent wine list. The price is significantly below the standard offered in terms of location, cuisine, and hospitality.

Restaurant Good-quality seasonal cuisine, with seasonal specialties: zucchini and zucchini flowers, cooked in a variety of ways. Located among the Langhe vineyards, it offers breathtaking views. A terrace overlooking the vineyards provides shade and a breezy atmosphere, perfect for summer.

I stayed for 4 nights in this splendid location, immersed in the vineyards in Località La Morra. The owners are exquisite people, always available and ready to meet your needs. Spacious, bright, clean and tastefully furnished room. Comfortable and large bed. Spacious and very clean bathroom. There is no TV in the room, a wise choice in my opinion as it would be superfluous given the peace that surrounds the Hermitage. Breakfast is served in the restaurant room in an exceptional position for the view, and is chosen the evening before, in order to avoid waste due to a buffet. A heartfelt thanks to the owners for making my stay special, with the hope of being able to see them again for another adventure in the Langhe.

Came for dinner and had the most fantastic time. So welcoming. Excellent local food. Gorgeous views!
