I had the pleasure of dining at L'ERBI, owned by Manuel Bouchard and Joel Ramirez, with some friends, enjoying excellent meat in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, and the service is attentive but never intrusive. I want to sincerely thank all the staff, who were kind, professional, and always smiling. A special thanks goes to Joel, who handled an oversight of mine with great integrity and compassion: a gesture that demonstrates not only professionalism, but also human value. Recommended by Google reviews on our way back from France. Located in a small village reached from the main road by climbing a few hairpin bends. The place is very cute inside, with two super-fast and helpful waitresses that every restaurant should have! The meat and cured meats are truly delicious and top-quality! The desserts are truly exceptional, heavenly. I highly recommend it. We arrived without a reservation, but I recommend giving them a call. Congratulations again to all the kitchen staff. With a wide selection of appetizers (veal with tuna sauce, peppers with bagna cauda, ​​vegetable flan with fondue, etc.) and exquisite first courses (the radicchio and toma risotto is sublime, and the agnolotti with white ragù is equally delicious). 07/01/2026: An extraordinary experience, a truly fantastic pizzeria and restaurant. Quick service, just enough time to order the pizzas... and 10 minutes later, they were all on the table... Courteous and very polite waiters, fresh and rare ingredients, like the semi-dried tomatoes, a must-try. Inventive pizzas, including whole wheat ones, delicious with generous toppings, including whole wheat ones, delicious hamburger sandwiches... delicious desserts...
