Excellent food at a place I'm told is historic in the valley... Very friendly staff and a good selection of dishes. More than fair prices. Delicious beer! I'll be back!

I returned to L'Erbi after years and found the same characteristic wooden restaurant, but under excellent new management! The service is very attentive to detail, the pasta is homemade, especially the amazing agnolotti and the veal with tuna sauce! Well done guys... We'll be back soon!

We rarely go out, but when we do, we love coming to L'Erbi, with or without the kids, to feel pampered. It's been a favorite place for years. Local wines and select meats—the best!

14/06/2026: I celebrated my 70th birthday 🎂 at the Silvana restaurant, we agreed on the menu together, I took care of the decorations, the food was very good, the aperitif in the garden was super!!! THANK YOU.
24/05/2026: An excellent experience for the quality of the food and service, for the kindness and hospitality, and above all for the professionalism of the owners and all the staff.

18/04/2026: Rooms are reasonable for the price, clean and well-furnished; quiet. The highlight is the restaurant, where the food is excellent. A three-star Cuco.
16/02/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for about 50 years, and there must be a reason, but every time I'm pleasantly surprised by how innovative it is while maintaining Piedmontese tradition! Sorry about the photo! Too late!
