L'Erbi In Villar perosa

I returned to L'Erbi after years and found the same characteristic wooden restaurant, but under excellent new management! The service is very attentive to detail, the pasta is homemade, and I especially like the amazing agnolotti and the veal with tuna sauce! Well done guys... We'll be back soon!

We rarely go out, but when we do, we love coming to L'Erbi, with or without the kids, to feel pampered. It's been a favorite place for years. Local wines and select meats—the best!

I had the pleasure of dining at L'ERBI, owned by Manuel Bouchard and Joel Ramirez, with some friends, enjoying excellent meat in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, and the service is attentive but never intrusive. I want to sincerely thank all the staff, who were kind, professional, and always smiling. A special thanks goes to Joel, who handled an oversight of mine with great integrity and compassion: a gesture that demonstrates not only professionalism, but also human value.
