L'Erbi In Villar perosa

Yesterday for lunch we went to this magical and welcoming place. It's been years since I've eaten here, and I have to say I've found many new features and improved quality! Well done guys! I'll be happy to return! 💪🏻

I had the pleasure of dining at L'ERBI, owned by Manuel Bouchard and Joel Ramirez, with some friends, enjoying excellent meat in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, and the service is attentive but never intrusive. I want to sincerely thank all the staff, who were kind, professional, and always smiling. A special thanks goes to Joel, who handled an oversight of mine with great integrity and compassion: a gesture that demonstrates not only professionalism, but also human value. My sincere compliments! I will definitely return because, beyond the good food, at L'ERBI you will find respect, attention, and passion for their work. Thank you.

A wonderful discovery above Villar Perosa...a simple, very beautiful wooden restaurant, young, very professional and friendly staff, excellent meat at an average price...we'll be back

Recommended by Google reviews on our way back from France. Located in a small village reached from the main road by climbing a few hairpin bends. The place is very cute inside, with two super-fast and helpful waitresses that every restaurant should have! The meat and cured meats are truly delicious and top-quality! The desserts are truly exceptional, heavenly. I highly recommend it. We arrived without a reservation, but I recommend giving them a call. Congratulations again to all the kitchen staff. Really nice place...I had a great dinner and the service was excellent! The charcuterie board was sublime!
