Recommended by Google reviews on our way back from France.
Located in a small village reached from the main road by climbing a few hairpin bends.
The place is very cute inside, with two super-fast and helpful waitresses that every restaurant should have!
The meat and cured meats are truly delicious and top-quality!
The desserts are truly exceptional, heavenly.
I highly recommend it.
We arrived without a reservation, but I recommend giving them a call.

A youthful atmosphere between a pub and a restaurant. Excellent welcome from two very professional girls. The menu ranges from gnocchi to meat alla braccia, from cold cuts platters to hamburgers with a wide selection of local craft beers and good quality wines. The service is very fast and the staff provides extensive explanations on the origins of the products, all local of absolute quality. Excellent value for money, a place to try .... I will personally return.

If you like meat, you have to try this restaurant.
Excellent wine list. The menu is short, but the product is quality. Even the prices are more than fair. If you are not vegetarian, you have to order the meat.
“Nebbiolo Rocche dei Manzoni, carta musica with pecorino, Gnocchi alla bava, filet with green pepper, gianduiotto”. These are a certainty.
Well done, definitely one of the best in the Pinerolo area!

Birreria trattoria abbastanza anonima dall'esterno. La carne che si mangia qui per me è superlativa e non può essere paragonabile ad alcun altro locale in zona. Insuperabile... non sono ancora riuscito ad assaggiare altro talmente è buona la carne. Il filetto lo consiglio a tutti "a prescindere".....

Lovely family evening at L'Erbi last night. Great beer, great food (the filet is wonderful and the cooking excellent).
The homemade desserts are also very good.
If I really have to find a flaw (but it's really a very small detail), I would say that there are no bibs (perhaps made of disposable paper) for the children.
I count in the norm. Recommended place!
