Easily the most incredible steakhouse I’ve ever been to. Yes somehow it was also relaxed and unassuming. Wine selection is incredible, highly recommend the Brunello from Castello Tricherchi.

I may have been a little hesitant about the neighborhood, but I had to change my mind after visiting. The place is beautiful, the staff young and knowledgeable. It's the perfect blend of a wine bar and a butcher shop. A wide selection of both. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're in line with places offering similar meat selections. The terrace is fantastic, where you can cool off on hot Roman summer evenings. All in all, a truly great place to return to.

The food is always very good. The meat is excellent quality. But this time the service was really lacking. I was disappointed. It's gotten worse. The waiters don't wait for the customer to finish their plate, they take it away; we, the customers, are the ones who say *we're still finishing*. It's not pleasant to have to eat in a rush or under pressure.
Then, our waiter, short and dark, brought the pre-bill without us asking. Not just at our table, but at other tables around it. It's a lack of manners. I understand that someone might be tired, but it's just not done. This isn't a tourist restaurant or a downtown restaurant; it's a local restaurant.

A variety and variety of both Italian and international meats.
The freshly prepared tartare was exceptional, with just the right amount of spices to avoid overpowering the flavor.
The two steaks (one very marbled) were excellent and cooked to perfection. The fat melted in your mouth.
The Nebbiolo we chose was perfect, not overpowering the delicate flavor of the meat.

A shank with potatoes that was nothing short of excellent! Not to be outdone, a zabaglione dessert: all accompanied by an excellent red wine. Excellent service.

It is a fixed stop for important family occasions. The menu has a lot of choice (you don't necessarily have to take the steak) and the wine selection is also vast. The meat is TOP and the owner guides you in the choice according to taste and cooking. Top quality/price ratio and there is free parking. Highly recommended

E' stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Abbiamo degustato dell'eccellente carne dopo una attenta e simpatica consultazione con il proprietario. Ma anche gli antipasti sono stati all'altezza della cena, in particolare la polenta fritta con ragù. Ottima la selezione dei vini e torneremo sicuramente per provare altri tipi di carne. Personale gentilissimo ed attento. Complimenti!
