If you find yourself in the southside of Bologna, away from the crowds and the noise, this is a wonderful place to drop in to. We stopped in for a couple of drinks, had some lovely food, chilled out with some nice jazz playing in the background and watching the world go by. The owners are wonderful, warm and friendly, and immensely proud of the produce they serve. By the time we left after a couple of hours it was if we had known them for years. We will be back!

We spent 5 days in Bologna and came here every day because we loved it so much. A quiet bar that plays jazz and serves delicious negronis and wine. The Tigelle was the best small plates dish we had in Italy.
