Highly skilled and nice owner, amazing self made products and a happy place We were very lucky to find this beautiful little Restaurant! The Owner really knows what is he doing (he was a professor and teached how to make his beautiful products in germany)! We had a great mixed plate and a very tasteful bitter spritz. Good aperitif. Excellent wine. Good aperitif table. Digestive offered by the boss. A little more expensive than elsewhere anyway but nice place.

Everything is wonderful, the owners are good and the food is truly excellent, the drinks are very good. For Campari lovers, a treat as it used to be. Keep up the good work, Christian greetings

Small place but overall well stocked with non-commercial but quality products that satisfy a small niche of consumers. The owner is quite professional and very approachable and entertains you by explaining each product, how it is made or where it comes from. It has a large variety of wines, gins and different spirits to also pair with the dishes. I highly recommend it and will return often.

Exceptional cured meats, vast selection of wines, mediocre cocktails. The owner is a connoisseur and chooses top quality food.

Small and perfetto ! The food quality is crazy good, the service super nice and the ambiente small but cozy and full of love !

It's all nicely and good, if you just come for aperitifs you'll overpay quite a bit compared to other places in the city.

Le miglior tigelle al crudo e carciofi della mia vita. 😍 Non sono esperto di vini per cui mi sono lasciato consigliare e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell’abbinamento. Dato che ormai eravamo allegri ci siamo concessi anche un delizioso tagliere. Sarà la mia tappa fissa per le prossime volte che verrò a Bologna e porterò qualche amico straniero a provare il vero gusto della cucina italiana! 🔥
