Wonderful ice cream but the best flavor of the cone I had was the kindness of Anna, the girl with short hair who works at the counter!

Excellent ice cream. I probably found the right and kind clerk (very short hair). Unfortunately in this place there is only one bin that is near a seat and if there are people it is difficult to reach it. They should put another one where the clerks pass and spread napkins on the counter that are lacking

A must-see in Bologna! L’Emporio del Gelato is a truly exceptional ice cream shop. There are so many flavors, both original and traditional, all made with the highest quality ingredients. You can taste the difference at first bite! A real treat for the palate — we’ll definitely be back!

The best ice cream shop in the neighborhood. My favorite flavor is American Temptation but everyone deserves it. Compared to the other ice cream shops in the area, this is a different quality and the counter workers are all very kind.

The ice cream is without a doubt very good, one of the best in Bologna. Compared to previous years, unfortunately, we found that the 3-flavor ice cream is served in the same (very small) pods as the two-flavored one, the quantity is therefore very small considering the cost of €3.50.
