Another excellent Bolognese gelato shop. To accompany the ricotta and fig flavor, which I would have ordered anyway, they recommended a chocolate with rum and pistachio: extraordinary. Also kudos to Virginia, the girl who served me: fantastic! I'll definitely be back.

A must-see in Bologna! L’Emporio del Gelato is a truly exceptional ice cream shop. There are so many flavors, both original and traditional, all made with the highest quality ingredients. You can taste the difference at first bite! A real treat for the palate — we’ll definitely be back!

The gelato was good, not exceptional, but I'd say excellent overall, with a couple of particularly good flavors: stracciamenta and crema fiorentina. The staff were very friendly.

19/12/2025: A charming café/pastry shop in the center of Bologna. Average customer service, but a satisfying, well-made product. I often visit when I'm in Bologna, and the window displays are always incredibly inviting.
18/12/2025: A historic and delightful pastry shop in Bologna (strictly under the porticoes). Excellent pastries and perfect coffee, served with water. And the display case, enhanced by the generous filling of creams and red fruits, is also delightful in the savory section. Wonderful welcome and extraordinary professionalism. Their attentiveness, even to the most demanding customers, is admirable. Those who prefer "a parte" (aside). Well done!
