A wonderful discovery.
Exceptional first courses. We ordered three carbonaras, one cacio e pepe, and one tagliatelle with hare ragù. For the main course, a simple tagliata with fries for the kids and a peppered fillet for us with sautéed chicory. Everything was fantastic! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The indoor dining room features a grill for life; we loved it because it reminds us of an old farmhouse. The glass exterior is also beautiful.

Besides the very high price, I ate mezze maniche all'amatriciana with my daughter today and found it very salty, and the saltiness of the guanciale wasn't taken into account. I'm sorry, my daughter agrees.

Excellent restaurant. Fantastic meat. Excellent service. My son-in-law has chosen it as his favorite restaurant and wants to come back all the time. And we'll all happily go back. 😄

We stopped for a while in Fiano Romano and chose this restaurant after a long journey. The welcome was warm and friendly. The tables are well-spaced. The restaurant is well-kept and carefully set.
The open-view meat oven is truly beautiful.
Unfortunately, we only had an appetizer and a first course to avoid overdoing it due to a long journey the next day, but both dishes were truly delicious. All the ingredients were high-quality and well-crafted.
The wait staff was also very courteous and helpful during dinner.
If we ever return to the area, it will be a must-try to try the grilled meat!

A fantastic place, starting with its location, surrounded by greenery with the Via Tiberina in the distance. The large, clear windows give the feeling of being outside without feeling cold. The food is excellent, such as the eggplant tart, but also the truffle-topped pasta dishes and the meats. A dear friend of mine confided in me that the saltimbocca is the best he's ever eaten. Ample on-site parking is available. The only drawback is the high prices, but they're proportionate to the high quality of the food. Ideal for banquets.

A delightful, very professional restaurant with a very welcoming and beautiful atmosphere and an excellent menu.
We only ate three or four dishes of their menu, mostly Roman cuisine, and I must say the missing star is for a cacio e pepe. I expected it to be up to par with the place, but it didn't even deserve a passing grade, considering where I ordered it.
Otherwise, everything was excellent...next time we'll try the grilled steak, which looked very promising.
